CONSUL REPORT #11 for Week Ending 19/07/2003

_**Clan News:
_Apologies:**
I must apologise for the delay in this report reaching you all! It's out now though and next weeks will also be delayed - it'll be out on Sunday as I am going ona stag weekend from Thurs-Sat this week. The week after I'll be at the wedding (if the groom survives) from the Fri-Sun. So I'll be on LoA all those days and Voranyen will, yet again, own you all:P
__Clan Re-Structuring:
Some e-mails were sent discussing the structure of Arcona. We had some ideas about closing HOO as a House and converting it into a Battle Team within House Galeres. This merger would boost both Houses numbers and offer more activity. Further to this we were also looking into having a Krath Phyle join Galeres (which Bograt already has his Tetrarch application written for:P). I've not heard anymore thoughst on this so if you wnat to have a say please e-mail the Clan list and lets hear from you.
Clan Feud:
We're hoping launch within1-2 weeks. Voranyen has excellend and really got everything covered. We're waiting for Satal Keto to pull up their trousers and accept the challenge. In fairness, we all want this to be a eally good Feud and Gord/Dalthid are just making sure it isn't rushed. Kudos to him....but I still wish it was launched already!!!

Keep sending all submissions to House Qel-Droma's Aedile, [Log in to view e-mail addresses]. Tiss is also collecting character images as well. Please mail her with any images of your Star Wars persona - the more original the better. I don't wanna see any Darth Vaders submitted :P
_**Order Changes:
**_I hope you all read the Order Changes document I e-mailed out over the Arcona mailing list a while back. I never heard much back on this at all...if anyone has any qustions or problems with this document then please ask me or e-mail DGM Jac Cotelin himself. I think this is a change that is vital for the life of the Brotherhood and I look forward to seeing how a new lease of activity will stir thinsg up and provide a whole new member base for this club.

GM = Plugging the XvT Week of War LXI.
DGM = New JRDC launched here. Busy with RL exams, launched the Obelisk Rank Polls and also is working on the new CoJ site!
MAA = The roster currently stands at 458 members, that's up from 443 of last week!
HM = Kaiann is on business so Cooch did this weeks report. They're just continuing to review and improve current courses.
HRLD = Do not use the GoA form anymore. lightsabres slowly being updated. DV to launch soon! get ready with your submissions!
CHAN = Camile is back! Hopefully some more news from the CHAN in the coming week.
SCL = ACC is up and running! Congrats to all involved for creating such an amazing facility! JaM3z is back soon! The DB Holocron is also back online - sign up here.
KHP = Alanna is looking for a Magistrate - good luck all who applied! She'll be on a short LoA at the end of this week.
OHC = Khobai has returned from his LoA and the OHC cup is going on. Lots of voting to do on the Obelisk ranks!

CM = Congrats Xizor!!! Said thanks to everyone for his oppertunity and those who helped with the ACC.

Alliance Inter-Club Training Night:
I would like to ask all Consuls inform their clans about the Inter-club Training event that is taking place tomorrow(Saturday the 17th) at 4 pm EST in #Outerrim . We will be awarding all members who participate in the following way: Any win will be awarded a Cluster of Fire, while three losses will also give a Cluster of Fire. Games supported are as follows: Jedi Knight, Jedi Outcast, Xwing Alliance, Xwing vs TIE Fighter, SW:Galactic Battleground, and Star Trek Armada 2: Star Wars Fleet Command...
