CONSUL REPORT #19 for Week Ending 22/02/2004

_General Address:**

Apologies for my lack of reports over the past few months. This has in fact been my first report since September - not at all good! I hada really busy end of year and while I was not around much I'd like to once again thank JaM3z for his excellent work during this time. We now have a Great Jedi War to prepare for. in the coming weeks I wil be appealin to a lot of old memebrs. I know Khobai has returned and Voanyen is around as always. I look forward to the return of Alex and hopefully both Blade and Cyris, if we can nab them! Frost, Locust and Karan have all returned which, is pretty awesome in itself!!! This GWJ will belonmg to Arcona. Our dominance has been long, our might proven again and again. Thsi time, during the age of the Reborn, by Lord Nighthawk himself, I pledge Arcona will conquer all others.

I'm extremely impressed by the effort certain members are making. A big shout out to Demos, Raidoner and Koskian. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed and I'm sure there are many more Arconan's working when I haven't seen them. I applaud you all and am going to get some Sithie stuff done for the first time in my DB career!!! SP/MP/Graphics and ACC. If I can take part for this event - so can the rest of Arcona.

House Summit Changes:

As many of you now know, we have had some changes in Hosue summit over the past few weeks. First of all, congratulations to Strategos and Vassan on assuming command of one of the finest Krath House in the Brotehrhood. I hope you can keep her in shape for the impending GJW! Well done also to Koskian, who's exemplary work over the past few weeks hasearnt him the position of Aedile. Finally - Xiphias, the new Clan Rollmaster, the first in the DB and I am sure he will not only keep the mailing lists and website up to date, but also ensure my reports actually make it out! Thank you D`hak for your excellent work these past months.

DARK BROTHERHOOD COMPETITIONS

DB COMPETITION 1:

Title: Third Sith War

PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMPETITION! KRATHS AND OBELISK CAN PARTICIPATE TOO!

The Third Sith War is a Dark Brotherhood competition brought to you by the Sith High Warrior and Dark Council. The Third Sith War is a Rite of Supremacy, meaning that it abides by the Art of the Vendetta as outlined in the Dark Side Compendium. Unlike previous Rites of Supremacy the Third Sith War is open to all members of the Dark Brotherhood, regardless of their Order, providing they hold membership within one of the Clans.

Awards for the Third Sith War are divided into two areas- Clan and Individual.

· All individual operations will be scored with the individuals placing in 1st, 2nd and 3rd receiving Gold, Silver and Bronze Novas respectively.

· The overall winning Clan with the highest score will receive the title of 'First Clan of the Sith', with the second place receiving the title 'Second Clan of the Sith' and third place 'Third Clan of the Sith'.

· The highest achieving individual, of the Sith Order, will also be admitted into the Order of Serpentis, receiving the title 'First Knight of Serpentis'.

· There may also be the special presentation of a new Starship to the winning Clan(s) depending on the overall level of participation and decision of the Grand Master at the end of the Third Sith War.

Conclusion:

Well, my first report in a while. Not that interesting, but these will be more frequent from now on and hopefully pick up better content as the GWJ approaches. While I'm here and writing this, I urge each and everyone of you to go and see "Lost In Translation" - it's sheer class. Also, for those of you whose ears I haven't already chewed off, I I have ADSL now and frequent the ICTE, so if anyone wnats some JA action you just let me know!
