Clan Tarentum Consul Report for Sunday, November 21, 2004

Well, its Thanksgiving Break for me. That means no school, two days at work, then spending the rest of the week at home visiting family and friends. I'm going to try to spend a good portion of my free time working on various things that need done. I've got a to do list that I'll be hammering at throughout the week. Unfortunately, my internet access at home is, well .. complete crap (like 14 - 30 kps) so I probably won't be online too much. I want everyone to have a safe and happy Thanksgiving Day, enjoy your break (those of you that have them), and try to participate in some DB comps when you've had enough turkey and pie ;)

Eight members(including: Pyralis, Merlance, Nit'Chu, Dranik, Anshar, Frosty, Dox, and Shimas) were invited to the second Sunday tournament to represent Tarentum. Of those eight, DA Pyralis once again stood out, placing second among 19 with a record of 11-5. Currently, Clan Tarentum as a whole has 138 points.</div> <div> </div> <div>Murder Mystery League</div> <div>Five teams will competing in the MLL. Each team has written its own mystery for the others to solve and each week the mysteries are rotated. With the first round of the MML is now over, the Tarentum team (lead by Anshar and Welshman) is among the 4 teams that correctly solved their mystery and have earned themselves 5 points. The second round is underway so everyone wish them luck. </div> <div> </div> <div>GJW Awards</div> <div>The last of the never-ending Great Jedi War results are out and with them, the least of the awards have been given. Congrats to Pyralis who earned 2304 pts, placing third earning a Grand Cross. Also placing 7th was Tarentae Gui Long with 1533 pts.</div> <div> </div> <div>All the Cluster of Fire, Seal of Memory, and various Nova awards have been awarded at this time. I've also submitted the last of the GJW awards (for the Epilogue) from the Clan Summit. Mav has approached the Clan Summit with choices for the Clan's GJW prizes. But more on that later ;)</div> <div> </div> <div>Flying Circle</div> <div>Welshman is looking for members with interest in joining a circle with emphasis on XvT/XWA. Currently, neither House Tridens nor House Gladius have a circle focused on promoting flying.
