GENERAL NEWS

Its been a little busy around these parts recently. We have had a lot of new transfers into the Clan. Firstly, I wish to welcome back three veterans of the Clan: Timeros, Paladorion and Laethan. Each of them have been integral parts of Arcona, and its great to have them back in the fold. We also welcome Kali Desdemona to the Clan and look forward to great things from her.
We also have some brand new faces in this Clan, so I also welcome Naes, Norith Shall and Rooster to Arcona! Feel free to e-mail me at anytime if you have any questions about anything. We also say goodbye to Koskian, due to real life, but Im sure hell be back.
Weve also had a few promotions this week. Firstly, congrats to Kalidan for Jedi Hunter! Dark Hunter is now Guardian; Keno as made Acolyte and both Eluith and Kale are now a Novice! Great job all of you!

In other Clan news, you have all heard about the closing of Galeres. As Lan said, this wasnt the easiest of choices but it was the smart thing to do. We do hope to open Galeres up again someday, but until then we will have two strong houses instead of 3 so-so houses. There is plenty of competition currently going so I shouldnt hear anybody saying they have nothing to do. As always, if you ever had a question or comment about something in Arcona, please let us know. We wont bite your head off, and we do listen. There are plans in the works to do a lot of house cleaning/updating of various items so hopefully well be ready for anything.
Theres been a few things happening around the DB. Our long-time KHP, Alanna, will be leaving us soon. Applications are open for the position if anyone is interested. The ACC Ladder is on, so cheer for the Arconans who are participating! Theres been a lot of activity in the DBPA, our very own Raidoner leading that group, so thats a very good thing to see. All of the Krath RoS Seals have been released, so check your dossiers to make sure they were awarded. Theres a poll up to pick the new Flagship name, so login and vote! Also, the database has had a few problems lately. Those who need to know about it dont need anybody complaining about it. It isnt the greatest of jobs to sit around looking at code all day, so I dont want to see any complaining about it. Ok? Ok.
