Another Sunday Comp was rocked, and rocked hard (though not as hard as last time, ye scurvy dogs). We did not sweep this Competition, although it appears that Voort did place. Official results will be available as soon as they get a chance. I am proud to say that it looks like we did score CNS a lot of points. More on this later.
The newest Dark Voice was released and can be had here: http://dv.darkjedibrotherhood.com/
And in the biggest news in quite some time, Clan Exar Kun and Clan Satal Keto have united to form Clan Plagueis. This affects us in a few ways. For one, they are a huge clan. For the other, they have the possessions of both clans, which costs us our advantage in our fleet. So you know what that means? We need to hammer down on those DB-wide comps to enhance and add to our clan possessions.
In the "News everyone already knows" department, Lenzar left the clan, and his Clan Rollmaster position, and the lean, mean Xhedias Forkall took over for him. That left the CMDR of the Night Falcons open, a position that Thorin Oakenshield leapt at. Congratulations, both of you.
Malik was awarded a Ruby Scepter for his work at the Shadow Academy. His retirement from the Academy has made for a lot of young aspiring teachers to show up there, and it's a bit of a madhouse now. Congrats, Malik.
Kat Pridemore recieved a Grand Cross of the Dark Side for her work with promoting and running the ACC Live! project to it's much more popular state. Well Done.
In the next couple of days, you will all be recieving an email telling you that your dossier has been marked inactive, and that you must log into the website to reactivate it. IT IS TERRIBLY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO THIS. this is a DB-wide AWOL check, and if you do not log in within a certain period of time, they will delete your dossier. And that's no fun. So be sure to watch your inbox carefully kids.

SUNDAY COMP!
Anyone who participates in the gaming nights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or the ICTEs on Saturdays is qualified for the Sunday Comp. The Sunday comp is held every other Sunday (including this Sunday). People get into the #GMRG channel on IRC, and find and play matches with qualified people. Every match, win or lose, gains you a point. These points can be used to buy RP stuff...from personal weapons, to speeders, and all sorts of goodies in between. Even better, the people who get the best scores also get medals and additional points. And above that, you get Clusters of Fire! Above even that, Your clan gets a point for each match you play, which helps us buy stuff like shields and hyperdrives on our starships.
Now, I know that some of you are still not playing in this... We PWNED the sunday comp two weeks ago, but we kinda slacked and made a respectable show yesterday.
I want everyone who has JO or JA, or even SWGB to get in on this. I want to beat our old record, the record for clan involvement in a sunday comp, the DB record WE set... not five years ago, but TWO weeks ago. We CAN do this.
It's time to kick some arse.

Independence Games, the other format I wanted to discuss, is also important. I want to see lots of participation in this DB-wide event. Even if you do not wastify the opposition, your participation will be noticed...and just like after every other big comp, the conclave likes to reward those who worked their butts off. Promotions and Medals...stuff everyone loves.
The Independence Games end on June 26th...plenty of time for you
So...there's lots for you people to do...go make me proud... give me reasons to reward you.
