Naga Sadow Proconsul Report, v.1

< Clan Naga Sadow space, Orian System, Amphor Orbit, “Wreck of the Miner’s Brother”>

The lights burned brightly in the lab as Macron worked on the infiltrator. “Tell me what you sought here in Clan Naga Sadow, fool. Who sent you here? My Consul wants to know.” The Rodian screamed and babbled as the droids worked on his twitching frame. The alchemist’s grisly fun was interrupted by the ping of the door chime announcing a visitor.

A trio of Naga Sadow soldiers walked in garbed in dress uniforms. “That’s odd,” thought Mac as he washed his gory hands. “What’s up fellas? Did I forget to pay my power bill or something?”

They shifted uncomfortably. “Consul Manesh requests your presence immediately, Proconsul,” spoke the sergeant-at-arms with a serious demeanor.

“I’ll be right along then. Let me get my… what did you call me?” asked the Sith as he turned and registered a look of shock on his tattooed face. “Proconsul? Holy cow.”

Hello everyone. Let me introduce myself, and give a few words of thanks to those who supported me. There are so many that it would take too long in this report to name you each individually. Thank you all, and let the fun begin.

A little about me: I have been in the DB for just over 2 years now. I love to write, and have had a blast so far and made many friends here. That is the best thing about this club- having fun and making friends. Sometimes people forget this, and take things too seriously. Remember, having fun is what it is all about. I like being a Star Wars nerd too.

I do IRC some, but it is not my thing in general. “Why?” might you ask? Well, if I have time to be setting at a keyboard, I am probably writing something constructive for the DB, or working on some other project. I will be about generally for 30 minutes a day or so before work in the early afternoons, however if you need something.

I prefer email communication, as that allows for a record of the conversation and for more time to compose one’s thoughts and wording properly. I will respond to them with alacrity.

Ironically, I found out that I had been nominated for the position not more than 20 minutes after sending an entry to Ashia’s Black Guard competition (which you should enter). Now, I will need to look for one for myself. I will be announcing a competition for that position shortly, as well as the projects that Manesh will have me cooking up.

My door is always open to each of you. If you need something, have a reasonable request, an idea, or just want to talk then drop me an email. Leaders are here to serve the public. As well, leadership positions from great to small in the DB are jobs, not rewards. It is a job that I take seriously. I look forward to serving with Manesh and all of you.

                                                        Cheers, Macron
