It was a joyous time for the Brotherhood, despite the Dark Council’s official status of Exile. It had been five years since they’d departed, or rather fled, from the Tyrannical dictatorship of the Emperor’s Hammer Fleet. To celebrate this momentous occasion, the Grand Master had decreed that the second Independence Games take place, and that members would actively take part in honoring those that established the rights that they currently enjoyed, and learn of the events and people that led to the great moment when the Redress of Grievances was filed to Admiral Ronin, the CO of the Hammer Fleet.

The recent influx of activity from the members of the house had Vodo caught somewhat off guard, as he himself attempted to take part in the celebrations and games. It was a good thing.

The Independence Games are now in full swing, and you still have a few more weeks to get your submissions in. I highly recommend ALL OF YOU take a moment to look at the IG Web Site and find a simple competition you can submit to, and then repeat. The fictions take only an hour at most, and everything else shouldn’t take too long unless you go for the Legendary events. This activity counts heavily towards your next promotion, and to merit awards for having helped the clan dominate yet another competition. We can’t win this however unless you get into the game and do your very best!
