<td>INTRODUCTION</td>

Reports are coming in from Sepros that an uprising is occurring. Several patrols of the DSF have been attacked lately, with several casualties. And now todays report of a direct attack on the city of Anta Kinan has caused the Mayor to request the Consul of Clan Naga Sadow to look further into these incidents and put a halt to them. A statement from the Consul is expected this week.

#001 - New Son and Daughter of Sadow

It is a honor to welcome the two newest members to hold the title of Sadow.

The Sons of Sadow are the epitome of Clan Naga Sadow and the chosen of Tron Sadow, the true Heir of Sadow and the Overlord of the Sons. They represent the

most unquestionably loyal and powerful Dark Jedi ever to have walked the great halls of Sadow Palace. Initiation into the Sons of Sadow is an accomplishment

that only the greatest Equites, and indeed Elders, within the Clan can realize.The mark of a Son or Daughter of Sadow symbolises complete and total devotion beyond all other commitments.

Congratulations to Ashia Keibatsu Sadow and Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow!

#002 - Ludo Kressh Aedile

Out of some very worthy applicants, Quaestor Faeril has chosen Sith Warrior Tsingtao Ming as the newest Aedile of House Ludo Kressh.

I have worked with Tsingtao before and I know we will see great things from him as Aedile.

(Sorry about the mess in the Aedile's office, but I had no idea that ewok was hiding in the microwave when I tried to cook my popcorn)

Work on the website continues and it will soon be ready to release, complete with a brand new spiffy library and all. Stay tuned.

Kriest Priest Mal'ari'carun has been chosen as the new Editor of the Times. He has alot of past experience in these type of things and brings a nice enthusiasm along with him.

All persons who showed interest in contributing should contact myself and Alaric with your ideas and how you would like to contribute.

<td>DARK BROTHERHOOD PROMOTION REQUIRMENTS</td>

The following requirements have been set forth as the path for new members to follow on their journey to Dark Jedi Knight. Completing the tasks indicated

in each of the following steps will qualify a member for promotion however, these steps are not the only requirement, the Brotherhood also expects

all of its members to be consistently active contributors. Once a member has completed the tasks indicated in any individual step, their leaders will

determine if they have also met the activity standard - if so, the leader will then send a promotion recommendation to the Master at Arms. The activity

standard threshold is very low: as long as a member is consistently active at an acceptable level (consistent being the key), this requirement will be met.

The purpose of these various requirements is to provide a solid base of knowledge for new members that will maintain the fun environment we strive to

foster. The tasks should be completed naturally while members enjoying themselves, not merely sprinting through them as if they were a checklist.

Please do not hesitate to consult with your Consul, Proconsul, Quaestors, or Aediles if you need help with these requirements.

**New Sadow Palace

Sepros, Orian system**

Sakura Haruno was lost; it was a hollow and hopeless feeling. She had landed herself in a predicament she never dreamed of ever being in. It was something she feared telling the man she had been sleeping with for many months.

The Equite thought back to when she had first met the Overlord. It had been not long after the Battle of Lehon. Sakura had somewhat saved the life of her former master, Ashura Isradia while aboard the Harbinger. Ashura had been severely wounded by Lord Caerick's seneschal Eosara Goratis. She was now even with him as Ashura had killed her former master and freed her from the False Brotherhood.

Haruno had approached Tron about joining the Clan. The False Brotherhood Knight in essence had then defected and become a Disciple of Sadow. She was later given the rank of Templar. It seemed after their initial meeting a spark ignited between them. It wasn't love. It had been lust and basic attraction; all in all just sex. However, this time Aurelius got more than he bargained for, opposed to most of the women he had pleased himself with. Sakura knew how to play the game, and she knew how to keep it going. It had been something the bastard who had tricked her into joining the False Brotherhood years ago 'taught' her.

The female Obelisk had been in Tron's bed during the shocking incident that occurred near Inos. The Temple of Sorrow had been sealed off, meaning she couldn't leave. She didn't know the Orian system had descended into civil war until afterward. However, she was chilled to her bones when she learned the man she was sleeping with had planned it all. She had demanded an explanation from him, and she didn't get one. And now she was standing outside the Viceroy's office with news that perhaps would chill his bones instead.

"I'm afraid Viceroy Dlarit is in a meeting at the moment, Commander," replied one of Tron's Adjutants. "You'll have to wait."

It wasn't an answer Sakura liked as she demanded to know who the meeting was with. "With who might that be?" she snarled.

The clone looked at her impassively through his helmet. "Viceroy Dlarit is with Marshal Commander Paladin, Marshal Commander Macron Sadow, Senior Commander Tsainetomo and a new arrival by the name of Firefox, ma'am."

"F-Firefox," trembled the woman as she took a step back in fear. The others were bad enough, but now another Grandmaster was in the Orian system. Two former Dark Lords were with the Overlord. Sakura knew now that something was seriously wrong, indeed.

Inside the Viceroy's office

"I suspect the site of the necropolis you've been seeking is on the forty-second moon of Inos," said Macron as he sat at the meeting table with the others. The nearness of the three Elders made him quite a bit more more nervous than normal. He had been summoned along with Tsainetomo to debrief the Overlord on a recent discovery.

"What's your proof, Macron?" Asked Astronicus as the others sat silently with their cold eyes boring into the alchemist. "Your work is usually thorough, but even so..."

"Yes my Lord," replied the Warlord. "I did a preliminary landing and reconnoiter with Tsainetomo." The newly named Sadow nodded nearby as Macron continued with a nervous cough. "We found evidence of ruined temples. The feeling I sensed through the Mark of the Wanderer was strong with the Dark Side. And the rock type is basalt, which was popular with the Sith as far as building material goes. Also, there were traces of mining. As you know, often the Sith built underground tombs in what had formerly been mines."

"It is as he says," added Tsainetomo Sadow. "The architecture and markings that I examined were clearly ancient Sith in nature. So was the Korriban-type Zombie we encountered. And Urias Orian's weathered seal on one of the perimeter markers surely has me convinced as to the authenticity."

Both Grandmasters closed their eyes, their awesome command of the Force barely showing as they felt for the truth of the information. Both nodded sagely.

"That settles it then. As head of research and development, Macron you will take a group there and investigate the place. Report to me when you are finished," ordered the Overlord. "Tsainetomo, your skills as a warlike and studious Krath will be useful, as well as your common sense which Macron here obviously lacks. Please accompany him, as I know you both work well together."

Both the Sith Warlord and the Krath Archpriest stood and bowed. "As you command," they both intoned before turning and walking out the door past a concerned-looking Sakura.

"What the hell have you gotten me into this time, man?" asked Sai as they walked away.

Macron giggled.

"It's unfortunate this had to happen, Lord Sadow. But your test did ensure your assumptions were correct. The Star Chamber understands the urgency of this situation. Caerick and Vexatus' seeds of betrayal have indeed rooted themselves within the hearts and minds of your fellow clansmen," said Lord Firefox.

"Indeed, my lord. My public scolding from Darth Sarin will help fool those who have fallen to the traitors' manipulations from learning the truth," replied Tron.

Jedgar Paladin had been in deep thought, his eyes closed while he puffed on his pipe. The second Grand Master had meditated on the situation and finally added his thoughts to the mix. "And what of your leaders? Ashia's resignation will open a fight for the Consulship. Sarin will indeed want someone you trust to represent the clan on the Dark Council"

"That is something I have already seen to, your Grace. I have approached my old friend and ally Robert Daragon. I have no doubt that Ashura, Derev or Faeril would make a fine replacement," answered Astronicus.

"However, I don't know how far the traitors' taint has corrupted their minds. Governor General Daragon will be able to determine that. As a Son of Sadow he will enforce my will. Order will be restored. The Battle of Inos showed just how corruptible the Clan has become. I do not believe all have fallen, but those who have must be exposed. I am sure your presence in the Orian system will help Lord Firefox. We must be ever vigilant."

Both of the Grandmasters nodded. It wasn't a perfect solution, but it was an acceptable one.

"Indeed, Lord Sadow. When will you put your plan into action?," asked Grandmaster Firefox.

"Soon. There will be no place for the tainted to hide." Astronicus then asked, "What of the Thunder Dragon? Has there been any sign of Shan Long?"

It was Lord Paladin's turn to speak this time, "No. Although we have a theory where he might be Shan Long has become more of an enigma since he consumed Caerick. I suggest you do not dwell on him for now."

Tron's face had become a placid mask as he bowed his head slightly in acknowledgment.

"The time for talk has ended. We shall wait until your plan has initiated before acting," said Firefox gravely.

Then both Grandmasters stood, effectively ending the meeting. Tron Sadow stood as well.

"Good hunting, Astronicus."

Both men then left through a side door leaving the Clan Overlord with his thoughts. A buzzer sounded on his desk.

"Yes!"

"Viceroy. Commander Haruno is here to see you."

Sakura? What is she doing here? Tron thought and then replied. "Send her in, Dorn."

Her heart began to quicken as she walked into the Overlord's office. It was a grand room with a huge holographic display at the center. There were two huge statues at the far end and in between them was the desk of the Overlord, Astronicus was standing next to it.

Sakura could feel his green eyes staring into her as she approached his desk. There was an awkward moment as she didn't say anything. Tron obviously must have sensed something amiss as he said, "What's wrong?"

The young woman trembled for a moment and finally replied, "I wasn't feeling very well this morning so I saw one of the medics." Her voice caught in her throat, giving away her intense emotion.

Her gray-steel eyes looked at the marvel floor and then to him. "Astronicus, I'm pregnant. And yes, it's your child without a doubt." The woman then dropped herself into one of the luxurious chairs (in fact the same seat Firefox had been sitting in). Her emotional barriers broke down and she started to cry. This was the last thing she had ever wanted to happen.

It was hard to tell how the Viceroy was taking this latest batch of news. The woman he had been sleeping with was now pregnant. He was partly to blame for that.

"What ever am I going to do with you Sakura?"

<td>CONCLUSION</td>

I got stuck with another one of those "Dear Friend" emails the other day, thought I got rid of it but apparently not. Sorry for the spamming, I've deleted all

of my contacts so hopefully that should be the last time it happens to everyone. I'm thinking maybe its time to retire my hotmail account as I've had it

for a long time now. I'll let everyone know if my email changes. Sorry again.

Other than that, Lots and Lots and Lots in the works this week. A very busy time for the Summit members of Naga Sadow, which is a good thing.

The Clan Feud is being finished up with results on their way. Members are working on a Plotline for the Clan that will be a continuous event with numerous twists and turns around every corner. Battleteams need to

gear up as they will be put to the test in the upcoming Ekind Uprising. Marka Ragnos vs. Tridens is being organized. The Naga Sadow Times will begin its circulation soon and will help move along all of our current and upcoming events. And finally we just might

see a new Shadow Academy course opening next month, maybe one that involves are great Clan. ;)
