My friends,

It’s been a little while since my last report. For that, I’m sorry. You’ll be getting them monthly from now on, and the Proconsul reports will be launched in the same manner, however we’ll do them two weeks apart so you guys should get a clan-level report every fortnight. The Main story is the ACC Ladder. It’s going well so far, I’m very happy with the level of writing that’s being produced. Slagar’s left us as well after a dispute with the summit, so Galeres Quaestor is open for applications – see the DB news site for information. The summit are working hard on a few projects for you down the line, and there is of course the GJW on the horizon. I need you guys stoked for that bastard, so consider these next events warm ups for the GJW. There’s also a new BTL, congrats to Locke on getting BTL of Prophecy, oh and Welcome to Xathia, who’s come over from CSP and taken on the role of Clan Rollmaster.

Comps:

We’re into the second week of the ACC ladder, thanks to Zandro for all his effort so far. Other than that, there are a few comps kicking around at the BT and House level, Arcona Monthly Topics will hopefully be launched tonight, so there’ll always be something to work on.

Tasks:

To be honest, I’ve spent a lot of my time putting out brush fires over the past few weeks. More and more as I’ve moved up the summit have I realised that the task of leadership is 90% mediation and compromise. Everyone has off days, I know I do, however I implore you all, don’t be a dick to the people at the other end of the computer screen – they are actual people and you’d never say some of the shit you guys say to each other without fear of being punched in the face or worse. Please, bear this in mind and treat each other with respect if nothing else, as you’re all in the same clan and we’re all working towards the same goals. Other than that, I’ve kept myself busy helping set up the ACC ladder (and participate, obviously) researching some backstory stuff for the Tarcona feud (still a while away yet kids, don’t worry) and making sure the rest of the summit is kept busy – it’s not been the most productive month for me, however RL is in full swing, so that’s my excuse. =P

RL:

University is in full swing, my housemates are swinging at each other and I think my right nipple is bisexual (long story) so fairly hectic, however I’m settling into a routine and am able to spend a fair bit of time diluting my time between RL and the DB. Nothing much else to report =P
