PROCONSUL REPORT - WARTIME EDITION

12th of April, Two Thousand and Nine of the Final Way

Greetings Clan,

The Ninth Great Jedi War is slowing coming to an end. I think (so I may need to be corrected on this), there is only a week left to the run on, so make sure you make every post count.

A quick reminder that tomorrow is the 13th of April, the anniversary of the Exodus (when this club split from the Emperor's Hammer). Keep your eyes open for more on this by Bob.

My Efforts So Far

For Week Four I was able to do the multimedia video competition (something I really enjoyed doing), as well as complete my first ACC battle with Halc; I don't know if I've won this or not... would be nice if I did, heh, but since I suck at the ACC I'll just be happy with the point I add for us. I also did the trivia and was able to post a couple of times in the run-on. I also did some of the other events (too many to remember, heh)

So far for this week I have done the flash game competition and the poetry entry. I didn't know what a free verse was so I look it up. I think I did alright, it's the effort that counts. Here have a read and decide for yourself (please remember not to copy this entry and use it as your own, that is known as plagiarism and very naughty).

Others Efforts In The War

Congrats to our Consul for getting the Dark Savant in Leadership and Communication (every time I look at trying to do it I groan). Bob also got a Dark Maven in General History!

Also congrats to Valorian in getting a Dark Maven in Writing. Remember getting a Maven or Savant earns you points towards your clan, so keep doing those Shadow Academy exams and pray you have more patience than me.

The End Is Nigh

So this report comes to an end. I just want to say how proud I am of everyone who has taken part in this major event. It doesn't take much time to do the trivia, or to do a few events like post in the run-on or write a poem.

Winning isn't about beating the other person, it's about the little things. Taking part in the events and having fun doing it, being their for each other and to lend a hand if someone needs it. To always do your best and keep that positive attitude no matter what.
