DB Updates

First up, you have until Monday the 25th to respond to Kaek's AWOL check if you have not done so already. He will move you to the Rogues, regardless of standing within the clan. I already cut a lot of people off the roster, though at least one of them is still on this mailing list because I missed them when cleaning up the list. I've left them on the list because they suddenly reappeared. You must respond to the proper e-mail (not Kaek's regular one) for it to be counted. And if you joined after the AWOL e-mails went out, you are safe for now.

Secondly, the ACC has a new combat master: Erinyes. She's reopened all the ACC for general use, and she is also asking for volunteer clan trainers. Or, rather, I think she wanted us to pick them... anyway, if you're interested, please contact Oberst and myself.

Clan Updates

I know some of you are already itching a bit to get some clan stuff going, which is good. But, I'm letting the houses handle things for a bit while Oberst and I are working on some details of a few things. This includes the titles and grants systems, which are being revamped, and will be reintroduced to the clan soon. We're also working on planning out some very detailed clan competitions. In the meantime, stay alert for your house leaders to provide you with competition info, and Severon is running this competition for the clan: http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/dbjedi/CompetitionDetails.asp?ID=4211

If you haven't heard already, Oberst and I chose to pick up a squadron of E-wings for the clan with our GJW points. If we had done better, we could have bought more.

NPCs: we've seen some NPCs go up on the wiki already. Don't forget, though, that anyone can create a clan NPC at any time. However, please let Oberst and myself look them over before posting them. This particularly applies to military positions. And while I would like to get the military take care of, if you have a good idea for another person, by all means type it up. The goal is to give us a wide variety of characters to utilize in clan fiction.

Real Life Stuff

For all the Americans out there, I hope you have a safe and fun Memorial Day weekend. I have to work because that's the nature of my business. More to the point, and how it affects the clan, I won't have a full day off until Friday. Because my boss is on vacation, myself and the other two managers are all having to do 5 1/2 days. And, because of the holiday and a meeting (that I'm going to), my schedule sucks. So, you likely won't see me on IRC much this week, and even after the meeting on Thursday (my half day), I expect that I will be out of it at that point, and not want to do much at all.
