The big news is the elevation of one of Ektrosis’s newest members, KAP Starrett to the position of Aedile. Already he has been working with me on developing how he and I work together best, and I hope it continues like this for a long time. If you have not already, give him a congrats on that.

<li>NOV Aquilus Lectum has been promoted to Acolyte for his awesome work thus far in the SA, and his constant activity via IRC and the message boards.

<li>DJM Alanna Taldrya has received a nice Crescent with Topaz star.

<li>KP DarkSabre has decided to participate with the young guns and earned a Crescent with Quartz star.

<li>SBM Hel-Pa Sklib Taldrya snagged himself a Crescent with an Emerald star for participating, and placing 1st in a competition.

<li>KP Lokasena “Sena” Corvinus also earned a Crescent with Emerald, so congrats to you mate!

<li>GRD James StarGazer won a Crescent with Quartz.

<li>ACO Aquilus Lectum grabbed a nice Topaz Crescent this week.

<li>NOV Cero earned a Crescent with Sapphire star. Way to go!

<li>NOV RianAslar was awarded a Crescent with an Emerald.

Shadow Academy:

<li>ACO Aquilus Lectum has passed both the Training Sabers course, as well as the Pre-Republic Course in the SA. Good work Aquilus, and keep it up!

<li>Tribune: Fiction report is out. Eludajae and the Assistant Loremasters have apparently been working diligently (Sena ftw) on the DJB RPG Guide for the DB. Keep an eye out for updates.

<li>Tribune: Gaming Report has been released. Vardar has come up with a new ‘Happy Hour’ for all of you gamers out there. Now, from 22:00-23:00 GMT (17:00, 18:00 for you people in Europe) on Friday’s and Saturday’s, if you email Vardar stating that you will be having a match during that time will Double the amount of CF’s awarded. All you have to do is email him IN that time zone, and then submit your gaming as usual, and Vardar will award you double. Also the Rites of Combat have been edited.

<li>Combat Master Erinyes is back from her leave, and it seems she has taken care of her computer problems. Expect a CM report out in the next week or so.

It has been another busy week for me; Met up with a bunch of friends I have not seen in many, many years, and drank a lot of caffeinated carbonate fluids. Overall, it was a good week. I am especially happy with my inbox being full every day with a ton of email notifications from the DJB site with your awards and such, as well as the personal ones. Man, it takes a lot of work to be a leader, but being able to make the activity section of the reports chock full every week is well worth it, especially when there are large awards/promotions in there.

Keep up what you guys are doing, and for you higher ranked Journeymen (JH-DJK), keep an eye on your inbox in the next week. You have some fun competitions out there, at both House, Clan, and DB wide. I suggest you check them out, and participate.

Also, ALWAYS CC your Aedile and Quaestor on ANY competition submission you make. There have been a few members who have not been keeping up on this, and this is a mandatory for any member. If you are an ACO, JH, or Eq1, you need to include Starrett and myself in your submission emails. You can find all of email addresses below, if you do not have them.
