Quaestor Report #9

Well, as most of you know by now, Starrett has stepped down as Aedile of Ektrosis, due to real life issues, including work and other personal stuff. His dedication to the Clan and House showed when he emailed the Taldryan Summit with his resignation, a tough call for any leader to make, and he was awarded Mav’s Temperance.

Of course, the position of Aedile needed to be filled, and Dark Jedi Knight Anubis Annedu has taken up the mantle as AED. Already Anubis has shown he was the right choice for AED, and his duties have not slowed down one bit since his appointment. So, if you all have not already, congratulate him on Aedile.

The Taldryan Awards were awarded this past week, and our most dedicated members in the Clan received their medals with pride, myself being one of them. Go ahead and read Vodo’s State of the Clan Address email for more information on that!

OT Shaz’air “Sidarace” Rathden was awarded a Seal of Loyalty.

KP Lokasena “Sena” Corvinus was awarded a Crescent with an Emerald Star for his placement in Bubbles fiction competition, “Love”. Grats Sena, and keep it up.

Shadow Academy:

PRT RianAslar passed the Wiki Basics course with an outstanding percentage. Keep it up amigo!

DJK Anubis Annedu has passed the Wiki Editing course! Good job Mr. AED.

<li> Grand Master Muz has awarded some of the most dedicated members in the Brotherhood with the honorable Seal of Loyalty. Halcyon, Vodo, Xander, Chaos and myself were all awarded one of these prestigious awards.

<li> Herald Shikyo released his monthly report to the DB. Click here to read his report.

<li> Clan Naga Sadow has opened up its position of Clan Rollmaster. If you feel you have what it takes to apply – go for it (Though I don’t know why you would want to go to CNS… Sorry Muz).

<li> Modern Warfare 2 comes out tomorrow. Yes, this is very important, hence why I am posting it in the News portion of this report. And yes, I will be standing in line tonight to pick up my copy at midnight. It will be baller.

First off, I want to thank you all for helping me earn the Seal of Loyalty. Without members to lead, I wouldn’t have this position, and without this position the members to lead that come with it, I would not have been able to earn this Seal. I was completely un-expecting of it, and it was a great surprise when I saw my name on the news post that Muz put up. So, thank you all for allowing me to lead you guys, and thusly allowing me to be awarded this awesome award.

Secondly, I would like to announce a new position appointment within the House. After having Battleteam Leader applications open for over 2 weeks, we received a pretty good turnout in terms of applications. One of which, as you all know, was Anubis, in which I ended up using his application as a point of reference in which I made him AED for.

After reading through the applications I received, and going over them with Anubis, we realized that this one member will be best for the time being, as he will be able to grow in knowledge of the DB, and how the Clan/House works in a broader scope of things. Ladies and gents, I would now like to announce Jedi Hunter James Stargazer as the new Tetrarch of Phoenix!

With that, I would now like to take the time to thank the very awesome, Bubbles. She has served as TET over Phoenix for well over 8 months now, and was there for Ektrosis when Vodo and I needed an active leader during the GJW. Bubbles more than did her share of the work, encouraging her members, and members within the Clan as a whole to participate and to get in the grit of things. Without her, my job(s) would not have been easy. And even though she will not remain on the roster as BTL, she will remain as one of my top advisers as well as one our most respected members in Ektrosis.

Again, congrats to James on his appointment, and be expecting an email from us by the end of the day, James.
