Quaestor Report XI

Christmas is almost upon us! For me, this is very exciting, as I get to cook a lot, get to eat a lot, and get to drink egg nog non-stop as if it’s my job. On top of this, it is also the time of the year that I watch TONS of movies at the Theatre, and give people the awesome presents I bought them. Pretty much, it’s a win win situation. Also, I love Xmas lights. They pwn. Another point of interest is: Gaming! Christmas break for me is one of the only times of the year I get lazy, watch a show I have yet to watch (For instance this year, BSG), and play tons of RTS/FPS games. This year, I will be playing tons of MW/MW2, Classic Halo (For epic matches) and C&C plus StaCraft. So… I will be idling on IRC a good bit.

Along with this, there are TONS of competitions around the Brotherhood. Tons of competitions means more activity, more activity means more promotions/medals, more promotions/medals means happy members, happy members means happy Summit, happy Summit means happy Dark Council, happy Dark Council means more goodies, more goodies means happy everyone including leaders, happy leaders put out more competitions, and so on. So, tl;dr Christmas time is an awesome time filled with happy Summits (More like happy Sid, but anyways) and happy members. At least… that’s how I would like it to pan out.

Unlike last year, we won’t have an extra month/two after the holidays for when the Vendetta starts up, as the Rite of Supremacy begins on the 2nd of January. So, this means we need to hop into gear once the holidays are over. We can’t sit around for a little while and enjoy the nice stuff you got for Xmas, or worry about the hangover you got over the New Year. The first week in the New Year will be EXTEREMELY important, followed by the 3rd and 5th week(s). It is imperative that you all give your best (I know you will!) and that we can keep our Clan going as #1!

<li> Passed the Shadow Academy Wiki Basics, Brotherhood Basics and Krath Core exams, along with taking the Training Saber test.

- Herald Style Hanukkah has been running for the past 5 days. Go check out the various new Robes/Lightsabers are available for you! Also, the word on the street (Or from Muz/Shik themselves) the Real sexiness will be here on the actual holidays itself. So keep an eye open.

- Solus Gar has been appointed the new Praetor to the Seneschal. So give him a nice congrats.

-Orv, in all of his PHP-coding awesomeness has updated the Lightsaber and Robe construction tool, along with the Competitions listing and the Rosters/Units list. Be sure to take a look at all of this, and most importantly thank Orv for his non-stop dedication to the Brotherhood. Gonna suck seeing him participate for Arcona in the RoS, but we can’t have em’ all.

-Vexxtal(Better known as Windos) has been named the new Wiki Tribune after Tron stepped down. So far he has done a great job at getting stuff audited and working on the Wiki. Also, good work to all in Ekky who participated in the Wiki competition ‘What a Desolate Place This Is�.
