Okay guys, here is my second report and it is very much overdue. I am very sorry for the apparent delay in the construction of my report, it has been rather hectic over the past few months with Christmas and what not, which I'm sure you all enjoyed to the full. I'd like to start by saying that I am very impressed by the Arconan turnout over the past few months. Things have really picked up and it is fantastic to see everyone working together once more.

We have some substantial changes to the Arconan dominion namely the Arcona Military Regime; however, I'd just like to say that If you have any troubles, please don't refrain from catching myself, or my colleagues at any point and we'll be more than happy to help you out.

Well, that's the introduction, short and sweet. In my next report, I'll get a fiction in so I can bore you some more. But before I do, I'd like to reiterate that the Arcona googlegroup is not there for fun. You have to read your e-mails at some point. Please make it a regular thing, otherwise I will be forced to remove hair follicles with a syringe and a lot of acid. Thanks!

I wont lie, a metric fodder-tonne of commendations, announcements and competitions have come, passed and are still undergoing and its going to be nye on impossible for me to cover them all in full, but I'll try my best.

Arcona Military

Perhaps the biggest thing to hit Arcona since sliced bread, the Arcona Military system is hereby in effect, and it is MANDATORY for each Arconan to enrol in one of the four different Corps available to the populous of Arcona and its members. It is worth noting that the Arcona Military could not function without the Shadesworn project which was accomplished by Driftan and Talos at the beginning of the House Reform. A big thanks to them for their hard work and dedication to the project that finally reared its head under the Arconan Military banner.

I'd like to initially establish the concept of the Shadesworn, although the link can be found HERE. The fundamental basis behind the concept of a Shadesworn is that relating to an individual within the ranks of Arcona. That is, anyone who is a member of Arcona within the Dark Brotherhood is Shadesworn. The Shadesworn system works on prestige, or e-penis, as many like to call it, wherein, the prestige rating of an individual denotes their rank within the Shadesworn. This, in turn, denotes the rank of an individual within their particular chosen military branch. Ergo, to call the Arcona Military as such is unjust, as it does not give credit to the fantastic work of the Shadesworn project. Is it more, a Military-Shadesworn reform.

You may think it will take a while to increase your prestige to rank up; however, this is where the summit comes in. The summit, along with the individual leaders of each military branch will release competitions in different areas of Dark Brotherhood fortes in order to give individual another format from which to increase their prestige, other than the bog standard House competitions that are always around. This will be a fantastic way to boost individual prestige and those who use their initiative will be more… heavily rewarded. This gives people the opportunity to increase their rank as well as participate more forwardly within the Dark Brotherhood, taking the best from both worlds.

By this standard I'd like to introduce the first branch:

Arcona Army Corps

Arcona Army Corps

Leader: Major-General Sashar Erinos Arconae.

The Arcona Army Corps is comprised of the ground units, heavy assault, artillery and the infantry of Arcona. The Arcona Army Corps is the division of the military that is directly responsible for ground assault and defensive actions. As the largest part of the Arconan Military, garrisons can be found on every world in the Dajorra System.

Arcona Starfighter Corps

The Arcona Starfighter Corps is the portion of the Arcona military dedicated to Starfighter pilots. The pilots in the Arcona Corps are among the proudest in the galaxy, many having served with distinction in other starfighter corps, while others are fresh recruits.

The Arcona Navy Corps, established in 34ABY, is one of the four military branches of the arconan military repertoire. As the naval branch of the arconan military, the Corps specifies in manning and commanding warships, cruisers and freighters in the Arconan Order of Battle.

Dajorra Intelligence Agency

The Dajorra Intelligence Agency, more commonly known as the DIA, is Clan Arcona's special operations and intelligence branch. It is split into two divisions, one which gathers the information and manipulates massive data networks to provide the House with the resources it needs, and another that is in charge of conducting the spy operations and coordinating the high profile assassinations and extractions handed down to them by the Quaestor. The DIA is led by the Intelligence Director, who commands the entire group from the Last Light.

Dajorra Intelligence Agency

Unlike the other branches of the military, the DIA differs substantially by acting as an invitation-only branch. Only the best are hand-selected/request membership, wherein invitations are extended to them or denied.

You may ask why is this whole regime necessary? Well it offers literary foundation for the members of Arcona. Along with being a substantial framework in the military construction of our bastion house, it also acts to bring unity, competition and inspire activity through the means of relevant competition release. This is imperative to the development of Arcona as a whole and to use this as a proxy to inspire and promote activity is invaluable, in my opinion, to the continuation of Arcona's namesake and the prestige we hold. It will only work if you embrace it, and I'd like to see that a reality. Thank you.
