I hope you all had some great holidays and are ready for the new year, both in real life, and in Tarentum. That's right, I said in Tarentum. I don't know what the Brotherhood plans are for the new year, but I know what ours are. And I want to see, and intend to do everything I can, to see this as a year of growth for Tarentum. Consider the past year or so to be a year in exile, and we have since returned. Our return to the top will be a group effort: no one person, regardless of position, rank, time, or any other factor, can pull it off single-handedly. So, what does this entail? Keep reading...

"The Old Republic" Players, I Need Your Help... As we move forward and plan competitions for the house, I need to know how might we be able to incorporate TOR into these competitions. While I am familiar with how MMOs work, I don't play them. I don't know what might be available for us to incorporate into competitions. For example, in the Jedi Knight games, we could easily have duels where one person represented the other side while the second person represented the house. We've had blasters only, explosives only, sabers only... you name it, we've done it.

But how can we incorporate TOR game play into a competition? Are the same quests open to all of our players? So, please drop me your ideas, especially the older members who have been in the DB awhile, but definitely anyone who can give me some insight. TOR is a new element to the Brotherhood, and the house, and I don't want to leave it out.

Coming Soon I will be releasing fiction for the upcoming House story by the end of this month. BF, Raiju, and I are still hammering out a few details on some things, and then I have to write it. But, that's the easy part. We need feedback from you, we need participation, to really make things work here.

That's all I have for this particular report, but my New Year's resolutions to you are to do better in my role and provide a better experience within the house for you. And it doesn't hurt one bit that I pick up another week of vacation this year.
