It's been a long time since we have had two DC level positions open at the same time. It's been even longer since we didn't have an 'heir apparent' for DC level positions. Add to that the re-energized attitude and aggressive plan of attack on new projects, and we have a pretty wild cocktail of circumstances.

I know we say it almost all the time, but this time blew our doors off. We had a crapton of awesome applications. There were times where Raken and I were talking about adding multiple people to the positions just based on the strength of many of these.

It was downright painful trying to figure out who was the best suited to the positions we have open. In the end, we played selfishly. We needed to, for the Brotherhood. There are a lot of applicants, a lot of great contributors, a lot of great members who aren't able to get hired for these gigs. Raken and I are trying to find places for everyone, either on staff roles, or in projects.

As for the positions themselves, we have Solari (Windos) stepping up to lead the Shadow Academy as Headmaster. His app was full of aggressive plans, and his work on the Grind Path already has been pretty stellar. He's already been working with Taigi on a number of things relating to the academy and getting things going. I'd say more, but I don't want to steal his thunder. Expect a report from him soon.

For Voice, our last Grand Master is stepping back into a role. Pravus (Sarin) probably isn't as well known for his fiction as he should be, although his ability to recruit a team and deliver on projects is. His fiction work is nothing to sneeze at, regularly placing in the top ten during vendetta events and having had a direct influence on guiding the fictional background of the club. As with Windos, I am sure we can expect a report from him very soon.

Both of these members have more than just new dossier names in common. They both are serious about helping drive the Brotherhood where it needs to be. They are both producers, creators on a high level, guys who get things done. They are both fully vested into making the Brotherhood evolve and thrive.
