Well I'm sorry this is later than usual but I was hoping on the House Summits getting back to me with nominations for the Black Guard, however thats not happened yet. Quaestors/Aediles, you've got until Tuesday to get my nominations else I will be appointing people myself, ditto on the details for the Activity Points systems. I know you're still doing your primary duties on time but I would like people to spare five minutes when I need some input, don't blame me if you don't like things when they open...

I will be serving as the Primus, the general idea is for it to be a PCON by default for it is an administrative job rather than an honourary spot. Further details available at http://www25.brinkster.com/darkforge/ebl.html.

The numbers have been cut to ten for a few reasons which I won't go into. What I need from you all is some ideas for who to appoint, i will leave this up to you, as some suggestions;

3. Poll with Summit/Battleteam Leaders

I did poll this to the House Summit but am yet to recieve any results, I'm opening it to the Clan for ideas, Battleteam leaders are strongly encouraged to respond.

Master/Student Program

Again I've requested input from the House Summits but have recieved none so far, so regarless of my wants theres been no work able to do until I actually get some feedback. I will be forced with this, as with the Black Guard, to work on it without any feedback if I don't get some response. Come on people, I'm starting to grow a little impatient, I don't see how its impossible for the House Summit to all find five minutes in a week to send me a couple of emails, I'm going to start doubting peoples abilities if you can't get me some feedback for a system designed to help your house members...

Activity Points Scheme/Academy

Same story as with the Black Guard, I can't do anything until the House Summit give me some feedback. The Sith have emailed but not the Obelisk or Krath, its a system thats established and WORKS in HLK, so I want some feedback to get it in place across the clan.

Conclusion

Well I dunno if its just me being overworked and aggrivated right now but activity seems to be somewhat non-existant right now. The egroups have practically nothing going across them, the only thing i've really seen this past fortnight is the bitching which was a result of Blade/Demanacus. I'm going to make something quite clear here, I've got all I want, I don't expect anything anymore, what I work on in this office is for YOU the members. When people don't give me feedback I won't be the one loosing out, it will be you, the Clan. For things to work things need input from the members who the concepts are going to affect.

Don't take this offensively but I just am growing a little concerned about the lack of care people seem to have right now, the Obelisk and Krath need a lot of work right now and yet I'm getting no input from people. If you want the houses active then TALK to me, I can't magically find out whats wrong and solve it. If you want things that work then TELL me what you want, I can't just conjure up in my hand a list of ideas which will help you.

So if you want this Clan to get better, and beleive me, it needs to get better. We have a Great Jedi War coming up, we did somewhat ok last time, I want to get better this time, not worse. So if you want things to get better then all I need is a little help in doing that. Like I said, if you want things to get better you've got to be prepared to put a little in yourself.

Bare in mind this is mainly a rant towards the Summit, whom I am at the moment not very happy with. Notice, Arcona just fired about four members of their Summit. If you think Khobai is a cruel person then let me assure you, I'm far worse. So I expect to see some improvements in the near future else we may see some shifts in the House summits....
