Krath
Write the worst story or/and Poem about the abduction and rescue of tha Consul. There are several criteria though. It must be in good English. It must make just a little sense, so no complete nonsense but a plot in which things happen that are so lame, uncreative, horrible un-imaginitive, so-crapy-it-makes-you-laugh, ect that it will make all who read it cry. There is no minimum or maximum amout of pages. And I MUST make it out alive....with all my limbs intact please.
Obelisk
I thought it would be lame to get you guys to lose as many MP matches as you could so I thought up something else. In either JK or/and JK2, try and die the most gruesome, lame, mundane, funny, crappy (you get the point.) way you can imagine and make a screenshot...And I mean Action screenshot, so I can actually see whatÂ’s happening, i.e. I see you falling down a pit or stumbling of a wall or get toasted or whatever, so not just the "You have Died!" sign. :P
End Date is October 20th.
Rewards will be crappy as well. :P So no crescents...Dark Crosses for the winners...or losers...I havent decided yet. :P
I received one submission this week...That sucks guys and galls...I want more crappy submissions! :P
I havent received any response to graphic g0ds willing to make House Emblems...pretty sad guys.
There was a good start on the House Specialty Debate but it soon died...I want more suggestions! So far people had some kind of super-sneak, highly effective covert ops/assasin, hide in shadows +10 cape, Bracers of Invisibility...ermm this is getting too BG2 RPG like. :P Anyways, stealthy assasins is our trait. Comments, ideas, bitching, send it over the mailiglist or put it on a the Arcona MB.

General News
1. New stuff on the mesage board- First off, the Kill the Killers run-on is going well. Keep it going! Secondly, there is a run-on for the Krath Monthly topic. I know it might seem a little odd of a topic to some people, but please participate anyway. Finally, I have added a poll about competition events- which ones do you like?
2. Yet another competition is in the planning stages for the House. This one is going to be pretty big, so there's plenty of chance for awards.
3. Whenever you submit something to the Dark Voice, or Krath Monthly Topic, or any such thing, please make certain to CC me and Pala, and your TET as well. This would be greatly appreciated and it can help us get you your next rank.
4. Competition wise, just concentrate on the Krath Monthly topic, your phyle competitions, and the run-ons right now. Oh, and don't forget the new Clan "mini-comps"
5. Please try to recruit new members for the House. Obviously, bribery is not allowed and don't e-mail members in other Clans. Also, be careful if you e-mail anyone on the Rogue list. Mainly, focus on younger members or even bring in new people from the outside to join. Convince them that Qel-Droma, and thus Arcona, is a fun place to be and we always have activities going on (from small to large).
6. Finally, as soon as I can get some time, I will be making a simple website detailing the set policies of this House. These policies include AWOL checks, House Summit policies, Letters, and other such items for your general knowledge. This will allow to send shorter e-mails concerning these topics and, hopefully, help the House run more efficently.

Yo, HOO. As many of you already know I am your new QUA SW Demosthenes. As your Homie QUA I have a few goals for Oriens Obscurum. I want to bring this Sith house to it's full potential. As I scroll down through the roster I notice we have a lot of kick ass pilots here. There should be no reason for us taking a back seat to any of the other bitch ass Sith houses :-). Our cards are stacked. In fact our house is largely comprimised of EH eliters or former eliters ( we're legit f00). If your not one of them don't fret because being in our house will soon make you 1337 :-p or at least feel that way. ( scary word I try not to use it ). There will be some small restructuring before I kick into my many training ideas and fun programs I have planned for HOO. To accomplish this I need everyone to report to me and CC the new AED Narc. The Awol check is still in progress and you all have untill this Friday to check in. Commanders: if you know of people that are on leave for some reason you need to e-mail me for them. IF I haven't been contacted by you by friday expect a direct mail from me and a short response time will be given. If you then do not reply to my mail you will be cut like diseased cow from house says Boris. IF you do not mail me you will be executed. If you do not mail me there will be a drive by with heavy blasters on your quarters and I won't miss my shots.
One of my first goals for you all is to set up the HOO training program/ right of ascension / Jedi Trials. Part of this program will include the HOO Training Academy which is being created by myself, Cyberguy, and I think James. When you see Cyberguy thank him for all the great work he does for our Clan. It will be added to our current website http://www.minos.net/~arcona/oriens/ . Then you will be able to use it to gain further training and rank in the Force. After that is all set up we'll be starting a kewl MP program, but more on that when the time comes.
I'd also like everyone to start checking that website, for soon I will be sending out news and updates there. Also, there is a link to the HOO message board for us to communicate. I'd like everyone to be able to check the message board and Site news at least a few times a week. You don't have to necessarily post but you need to read and be aware of what's going on in the house. I think I'm going to ask Cyberguy to change from EZ boards to Yabb so we don't have to deal with gay advertisements, and Yabb boards are kewl.
Commanders: FYI... Reports for you are due every Wednesday, and I expect you to follow a similar format of my reports. I want a lot of information about your squads, how thier doing etc... so try to follow my format. There is obvously a lot of shtye for me to talk about in my initial splurge this first time so I dont expect you to do that per say, but the format I am following... includes the essential parts of a "real" report. Yes this will mean you'll have to be aware of everything your subordinates do, if they forget to wipe thier ass you'll know, and I won't have to listen to Mage bitch at me about lack of activity for Age :-p. Or in another words , you won't have to get your ass kicked by me for lack of activity. Also Commanders I would like you to appoints A-Cmdr's or XO's as they could be called. This person should be capable of running your squadron in your absence in case you have to go on ergency leave or something. They should be able to write reports, keep good communications, and activity.
AED: Your Reports are due Thursday. This will give me a chance to see what I've missed for my reports are due guess when... tha's right. They're due Friday.
ANNOUNCEMETS ANNOUNCEMENTS! D00d we have a new Commander of Pandragon! Astix is fired up and ready to lead this kick ass squadron to victory! Pandragon is ready to nuke the shyte out of Hyperion. I want every Pandragon to participate in this nuking. Hyperion's arse is going to be so sore after we abuse it. Once squadron League and Top gun are finished (I may be the top gun you go against BTW if some one advances further :-) ) We have already challenged Tau squadron. Be on the lookout for this competition. Kaerner and I are currently working out details. Tau will be testing our Clan Space Superiority, response time, mobilizations etc... so we can better protect Clan Space. Well guys, get to your ties, cause it's time for us to do a fly by on Archanis's base and show Hyperions they're not safe even at home.

Hey guys, what's up? Another week down, another report. Not that you guys probably even read this stuff anywayz. Which I will address in my report. but first

Aight, my week was ridiculously good. Chilled with my gf, saw some old friends I havent seen in awhile, my car's finally gonna be fixed on Monday (which I havent had working in like 5 months) lol, im souped.
Aight, here's the rest of the report.
#1- Disappointment. Guys, this is totally unacceptable. Nobody has done anything this week. Not a single JK2 match played, nobody even took the OBELISK SA course, jesus..... what does it take to get you guys to be motivated? You all said you were active, and were going to be active, and yet, I don't get nothing in my mailbox from any other member then myself that Galeres is doing anything. I mean, I won 3 CF's and did 2 SA courses this week, what did you guys do? This is ridiculous. So therefore, I guess I have to make some changes.
#1a- I am currently ending any and all inner-house compettitions I am running (RAMLAM, and The Design a Home project) both of which I received 0 submissions for.
#1b- I am going to do the following: In the next week (that is, from now, until my next QUA report) somebody has to do something. I don't care, who, or what it is. But if 1 of you doesn't do something, then it's another AWOL Check for Galeres, and i'm gonna be a LOT more strict then I was last time, (I might even AWOL the whole damn house at the rate this is going). But here's the deal. Once you do something, consider yourself saved. It's almost like Survivor here. I'm gonna keep this going every week until EVERYBODY does something, or the house is AWOL'ed. And as an extra incentive to get the ball rolling, I will award a DC to anybody who does the following this week:
Passes the Obelisk Core
Play 2 JK2 Matches (U DONT EVEN HAVE TO WIN, JUST TELL ME WHO AND WHEN U PLAYED)
If nobody does either of those, then you guys are gonna be subjected to another AWOL check, simple as that. I am NOT going to tolerate a house full of people who do nothing (without a good excuse) So look forward to:

#2- Various other news. Dags submitted a report this week! Yay Dags! Drakal is still on leave! Bad Drakal! lol, Mage became HM, yay for him, and the Galeres site had some minor changes undergone with it. Yay
#3- Krath Combat Centre. It rocks, go sign up and challenge me =P I'll even take that as a form of activity.
