Another lovely week in the ever-growing Clan Tarentum. This week has seen our own Cestus Quaestor Ziguarath move on to become the CoG, congratulations to you, Cestus and Tarentum will miss you. =) I have submitted my requests (rather, Ziguarath's requests) as to his replacement, but I am awaiting to make sure there is no objection from the OHC on these -- though the appointments should be officially announced shortly. We've had a few depart from us this week, though I have heard many promises of other members who are soon to join us, so things are looking good. :)
One such prospective hopeful Tridens member, Mhale Kane, has been working on developing a more accurate picture of our own Castle Tarentum, and from what I've seen so far it looks very well done and I'm sure we can all look forward to seeing that final product. Also, there is now a full-length description of the Castle on the website, that was written by Torres in the last Tarentum competition that you can have a look on the Tarentum site(http://www24.brinkster.com/nashiro/tarentum.asp), just click on the words Castle Tarentum in the war room. Worth a read, it is really well done. :)
Also, the Proconsul and I, as per a recent suggestion, are trying to come up with some ideas for a Clan-wide competition soon before the larger scale DB events happen, so we can be more prepared for those. If you have any suggestions of your own you'd like us to consider feel free to mail us, or even make a post about it on the messageboard. And as per another suggestion. . .I am going to try to be on IRC more in our Clan channel #tarentum to hopefully keep in better contact with those of you who do not have access to aim and such.
http://boards.minos.net/ -- The url to our much appreciated message boards, a useful tool to keep in good communication with fellow Clan members, plus there's usually some fun little thing you can respond to on it. Rage has started many threads including a word run-on, riddles, who said that, etc. . .which are always interesting to participate in. Also there is a question and answer thread where members may post questions of their house and clan summits that we will try and answer as soon as possible, as well as an ideas section where you can submit new suggestions and ideas for competitions and the like. As I said, very useful. =)

Well I wont beat around the bush I will come straight out with it, I have
been chosen to be the next Commander of The Guard with this position I will
be unable to continue my duties as your Quaestor and I am also having to
step down from Tarentum and Cestus.
My time in Cestus and Tarentum has been a happy one and I would like to thank
everyone for making my time here pleasureable.
When I first joined Cestus I said I would turn the House around I have
managed to do this now with the house being the second largest Obelisk house
in the Dark Brotherhood, and I know that there are many successors and much
talent within the house to carry on the good work.
I would personally like to thank the following people:
Consul Ciara Tearnan for putting up with my nonsense during my time within
Tarentum.
Also Proconsul Proton for the same reasons.
OW Gelton Torr for sticking with me from the start and helping make the house
what it is today.
DJK Talon Zetar for his exceptional hard since joining the house.
DJK Glorfindel for making his
JH Sukuth for his hard work to recruit and his kickass approach to JK2 and
all round good guy.
JH Zekk just for being Zekk.
All other QUA`s for there assistance
And all the members of House Cestus for there support
And LadyRage for cheerleading for Cestus
Okay Guys thats me signing off keep up the excellent work and continue to

*MD jumps in his blue T/I and take so off for a fun run. He swung his fighter
around, having fun pulling tight turns and being flung back by the gees. He
raced through the Yridian Asteroid belt as fast as he could, swinging back
and forth and then left the field just as fast, letting the back slip around
behind him. Suddenly a proximity alarm went off and a Corellian CRV came into
real-space with a shipment of Fighters in container ships. MD couldn't help
but feel proud of his house and clan. He ordered escorts to move in and went
to welcome the new ships*
No not a funny story like you are used to but it is very appropriate:)
NEWS:
We got a new CRV!(well the clan does) So go Tarentum:) The Cerberus(or
"Triple C":P) Has just entered the system:)
I know you guys are all wondering what that Fighter shipment was about.
Sorry, it isn't custom fighters. I am very happy to say that SR may be
opening in the next week for the first time in at least the last year:) We
have come a long way, Even when I started my term as AED we only had one BT
and now we are about to have 3:)
Doesn't mean you can stop recruiting though guys:P keep getting people and
soon this may be one of the biggest houses in the Order:)
DGM Ast has stepped down so it may be a while to get comps done(I am hoping I
just have to go to the GM) But don't worry I am working on comps.
So far the ideas I have gotten from people on their ships is good, I can't
wait to see what it is like when every one has their fighters up on the
Tridens site.
Speaking of the Tridens site, If any one can make one, it would be much
appreciated(Who knows how long it could be before I can make a decent one:P)

I would have said this last week but because of a mail mix up, Frey was only
appointed CMDR of HH a few hours after my report. Congrats Frey:)
ANOTHER new SA course for the Sith is out:) Sith Tactics was released this
week so go take it, it has great tips and maneuvers for MP and even SP flying
in XWA and XvT:)(and they can be applied in TIE)
A prank war seems to have started on the mail list(woohoo fuzzy dice in a
T/I:P) So if you want join in! It counts as activity(hint hint) Just don't
flood the mail list, some people don't like 20 extra e-mails a day(I love it
but some people are weird :P)
COMPS!!!!!
This section is pretty empty atm...
Comps are promised soon though so keep your eyes peeled and get those
fighters read.

Also, so I don't have to worry about this roster stuff and the mail list and
remembering the spelling of every one's names, Ace Hobbes has taken the
position of RM for the house:)
Well guys, I think that is it for now... anything important that I missed
