Krath
Write the worst story or/and Poem about the abduction and rescue of tha Consul. There are several criteria though. It must be in good English. It must make just a little sense, so no complete nonsense but a plot in which things happen that are so lame, uncreative, horrible un-imaginitive, so-crapy-it-makes-you-laugh, ect that it will make all who read it cry. There is no minimum or maximum amout of pages. And I MUST make it out alive....with all my limbs intact please.
Obelisk
I thought it would be lame to get you guys to lose as many MP matches as you could so I thought up something else. In either JK or/and JK2, try and die the most gruesome, lame, mundane, funny, crappy (you get the point.) way you can imagine and make a screenshot...And I mean Action screenshot, so I can actually see whats happening, i.e. I see you falling down a pit or stumbling of a wall or get toasted or whatever, so not just the "You have Died!" sign. :P
End Date is October 20th.
Rewards will be crappy as well. :P So no crescents...Dark Crosses for the winners...or losers...I havent decided yet. :P
I received two submissions so far...That is crappy guys and galls...Which is a sort of poetic justice...but I couldnt care less. :P Get yur lazy asses in gear and do something! All I hear is that we do all the same thing over and over again. When I finally get a spark of genius and I create something original, nobody does anything....let this be a lesson, never ask something original from your Consul. :P

House Oriens Obscurum Report
Haddo again. Almost been a month since I've been here and you guys are great. We'll be starting our own competitions soon once SSL and Top Gun is through. Just a reminder everyone needs to get thier reports in on time.... lots were late this week thus delaying my report and that's not a good thing, but on to good news.
Pangradon remember SSL is ending.... we need those Submissions ASAP. Brain make sure you fly your sith top gun match :-) and kick ass.... Philo be ready to kick his ass when he's done :-p or visa versa. All I know is one of you better win that competition as there is no excuse for us not to win top gun with all the DB's top MP players in 1 house. It'd be sad.
I'm revamping the training system to allow for SP tie :-) sorry I didn't take that into consideration in the first place, but an awsome guy in the house is making us Arcona missions to help learn the same basics + tac awareness for SP, but the system is still very similar. Also you need to be a GRD to get your GoA so that is a JH requirement.
I'm working on an MP course to kick of the birth of the HOO training academy. More on that when it happens.
I'd like to start counsling sessions with each of you, so I want you to think about the following things: When is a good time when I can meet you online and talk with you on IRC AIM ICQ or MSN, what are your goals in the DB, what can I as your QUA do to help assist you in reaching those goals, what are your goals for the house, where would you like to see the house go, what can you do to help make the house better, what can the house do for you to make your experiance more gratifying? We'll discuss all these things. Expect a mail from me individualy asking about a counsling time when we can meet and do this.
We'll I've been here almost a month, 3 weeks and it's time I get more feedback from you on my and your AED's performances. IF you can I'd like you fill out a quick survey to let us know where we are.

Intro
Once again Welcome to House Oriens Obscurum. We are proud to make you part of our Dark Jedi Family. In fact we are so proud that we have opened the ways of the dark side to you and provided you with an efficient way of learning the powers of the force. Let the Anger and hatred flow through you in your journey. They are the true power that is the force and can only be realized through suffering. We Shall start you through our Dark Jedi trails and you may wish to pair with a master to teach you how to project this power on others in tandem with our trials.
~Acolyte (ACO)
We all start out as young eager Novice from the Shadow Academy. But the Force is a power to be reckoned with. The weak shall perish and only the strong shall be those left to wield the true power of the Force. We come down and wreak OUR justice as we see fit to those that do not abide by our code for they weaken the Force and are not worthy. To prove to us that you are a worthy Novice you must:
first fill out your profile on the Darkjedibrotherhood.org database by logging in to the admin function.
second join a battle team of choice to train with and fight with based on your favorite fighting style( Apocalypse for MP , Pandragon for SP ) . You can do this by mailing or talking to your AED or QUA.
In addition you may choose a master to train with that is a DJK or above. You do this by mailing the DJK and ccing your QUA and AED and they will respond by either accepting you or dismissing you. This is not mandatory for advancement and you can ask for a DJK or above to take you as a student anytime later, but it does help further your promotional status.
Once you have done this, and only when all requirements are met will you then be looked over for advancement into the next phase of Darkside training. You may then be promoted to Acolyte.
~Protector (PRT)
You now must learn to feel your fear young ACO. There is much to fear especially when learning from us. I could kill you and crush you with a mere thought and your pathetic life would cease to exist. Your fear will help you to become something more than a pathetic creature. It is a primal instinct that helps you tap the oldest and most basic primal structures of the Force which will be a stepping-stone to the abundance of Force powers that await your mastering. To become a protector of House Oriens Obscurum you must:
Recite the House Oriens Obscurum Creed to the AED or QUA on IRC in #Arcona. This not only insures your loyalty to HOO and Arcona but it also shows that you are keeping in active communication with Clan's people by using irc. Your name will be added to the list of Protectors on the HOO site. If for some reason you cannot for fill this mail your AED/QUA.
In all top Flying Styles there is an academic side to things. You must complete the House Oriens Obscurum Mp Tactics course located in the HOO training academy.
You must begin to train in your platform. As Sith we are the Clan's First responders and Primary Space Defense and must know how to fight to interdict, close ground support, and offensively strike. One basic Skill of Sith Combat though is Dog fighting. Your Master(if you have 1) along with your battle team Commander and Battle team will train you in the Various maneuvers and techniques for Dog fighting. 1 v 1 Melee Combat can be divided into 3 stages: head 2 head, maneuvering (turning wars), and break away. We will concentrate on Head to Head only for PRT as it usually is our first stage in battle. Training will be to practice with an instructor and work on mine clearing (lasers only) which uses the basic head to head techniques. When your Master or battleteam commander feels you are ready, you are to face A house instructor in a Head to Head duel. If he deems you a worthy head to head opponent then you pass, and will be orally quizzed by myself on what you have learned. If you master these techniques you will pass, and then become a protector of the house. (NOTE: These Skills may seem like their tailored to MP, but they are valuable combat skills for MP and SP alike. Therefore requirements are the same for both unless for some reason you cannot join or host yourself in which you should mail the QUA and AED for alternative training.)
Once you have completed these tasks you will then be a Protector of the house. As a protector you must uphold the honor of House Oriens Obscurum and take it as your own.
~Guardian (GRD)
Hate. Hate is the most powerful of feelings. It will let you touch your innermost self and project your will upon others. Others shall feel your wrath if you harness hate. Hate allows us to be gods of our own destiny. To rule the universe as we see fit and weed it of the week as the evolution of the force requires of us. Only the strong shall survive. One must be strong to become a Guardain in HDS.
Now that you have mastered the first stage of melee/dog fighting combat you will advance to the second stage that many MP pilots refer to as the turning war. You may want to reread this section of your MP tactics course before entering instruction. You will practice going from the Head to Head stage to initiate maneuvering your opponent into your sights. Then you will also practice the actual maneuvering. Remember to keep in mind what the tactics course says about your timing, engine thrust, and laser allocation. When your Master/Battle team commander Feels your Ready, you will melee with an instructor. IF they deem you ready you pass the combat trail. Then you will again have to take an Oral quiz from me(the QUA).
participate in at least 5 Sith Tournaments (SP or MP). Get the host to mail the QUA and AED upon your participation or notify the QUA by mail with proof for SP competitions.
-you need to obtain a Grant of Arms from the Herald.
Now you have a basic understanding of the feelings that allow us to understand the Darkside you may become a Guardian of House Oriens Obscurum.
Jedi Hunter (JH)
Almost ready to grasp the understanding of the dark side things start to open up to you. A whole new universe is at your fingertips. You see the universe in a new darkness. You are almost ready for your last 2 final trails into the darkness. You have learned so much but do not yet know how to put it all together. Fear, Hate, and Rage is with-in you, but you can not yet distinguish what is what. You wish to become a Jedi-hunter and do harm to those that threaten our existence in the force.
-You will learn the break away procedure for being locked in a turning war. This will be practiced with an instructor and again you will have to melee to pass the combat trial. After your Melee, myself must orally quiz you and you must pass.

Now you are almost ready for the final steps into darkness JediHunter.
Dark Jedi Knight (DJK)
Now you see why hate, fear, and rage are our allies in ridding the universe of the impotent week. They do not deserve to live and should never exist. You wish to contemplate the force and concentrate. You wish to take leadership in the darkside and finally have it serve you instead of you serve it. You are almost to understanding of the darkside, but only a true Dark Jedi Knight can fully understand the potentials of the Dark Side.
Part of the Dark Jedi Knights quest is the creation of the Saber. He/she may fail several times before actually creating a working saber with their hate , fear, and rage fused into it. The saber is part of them. Construct your saber. There are many ways to do so be inventive! (Fiction, pictures of you constructing one at your house, your OWN MADE graphics)
You must command a Battleteam for one week. Contact your AED and QUA and they will contact the appropriate Battleteam Commanders if they feel you are ready for this challenge. You will start with a report from the week and end the week with another report. IF you are trusted with a Battleteam do not take it lightly. If you are incompetent you will be executed or expelled from HOO.
Your final step as Dark Jedi Knight will be the Trials. They will be either made and hosted by the Quaestor/Aedile or your Mentor. The Trials are individual and tailored at every single person. You must pass these trials to complete your training.
If you have learned the proper leadership in the Darkside, it's power, it's true place in the universe then you are now ready to become a Jedi Knight in House Oriens Obscurum of Clan Arcona. Congratulations Apprentice. You are now a DJK.

General News
1. New stuff on the mesage board- First off, the Kill the Killers run-on is going well. Keep it going! Secondly, there is a run-on for the Krath Monthly topic. I know it might seem a little odd of a topic to some people, but please participate anyway. Finally, I have added a poll about competition events- which ones do you like?
2. Yet another competition is in the planning stages for the House. This one is going to be pretty big, so there's plenty of chance for awards.
3. Whenever you submit something to the Dark Voice, or Krath Monthly Topic, or any such thing, please make certain to CC me and Pala, and your TET as well. This would be greatly appreciated and it can help us get you your next rank.
4. Competition wise, just concentrate on the Krath Monthly topic, your phyle competitions, and the run-ons right now. Oh, and don't forget the new Clan "mini-comps"
5. Please try to recruit new members for the House. Obviously, bribery is not allowed and don't e-mail members in other Clans. Also, be careful if you e-mail anyone on the Rogue list. Mainly, focus on younger members or even bring in new people from the outside to join. Convince them that Qel-Droma, and thus Arcona, is a fun place to be and we always have activities going on (from small to large).
6. Finally, as soon as I can get some time, I will be making a simple website detailing the set policies of this House. These policies include AWOL checks, House Summit policies, Letters, and other such items for your general knowledge. This will allow to send shorter e-mails concerning these topics and, hopefully, help the House run more efficently.

House Galeres Report
Hey guys, what's up? Another week down, another report. Not that you guys probably even read this stuff anywayz. Which I will address in my report. but first

Aight, my week was ridiculously good. Chilled with my gf, saw some old friends I havent seen in awhile, my car's finally gonna be fixed on Monday (which I havent had working in like 5 months) lol, im souped.
Aight, here's the rest of the report.
#1- Disappointment. Guys, this is totally unacceptable. Nobody has done anything this week. Not a single JK2 match played, nobody even took the OBELISK SA course, jesus..... what does it take to get you guys to be motivated? You all said you were active, and were going to be active, and yet, I don't get nothing in my mailbox from any other member then myself that Galeres is doing anything. I mean, I won 3 CF's and did 2 SA courses this week, what did you guys do? This is ridiculous. So therefore, I guess I have to make some changes.
#1a- I am currently ending any and all inner-house compettitions I am running (RAMLAM, and The Design a Home project) both of which I received 0 submissions for.
#1b- I am going to do the following: In the next week (that is, from now, until my next QUA report) somebody has to do something. I don't care, who, or what it is. But if 1 of you doesn't do something, then it's another AWOL Check for Galeres, and i'm gonna be a LOT more strict then I was last time, (I might even AWOL the whole damn house at the rate this is going). But here's the deal. Once you do something, consider yourself saved. It's almost like Survivor here. I'm gonna keep this going every week until EVERYBODY does something, or the house is AWOL'ed. And as an extra incentive to get the ball rolling, I will award a DC to anybody who does the following this week:
