The Krath Pontifex entered the large room that he had claimed as his office. Upon entering the still unlit room, saw that the room had obviously been unoccupied for some time. The few furnishings and decorations that had once made the room seem rather extravagant had fallen into disrepair, and cobwebs seemed to cover everything.

It would take some time and effort to restore the office to its once luxurious appearance, but this did not bother Arion Sunrider in the slightest. He had the time to spend to get the job done, and he was determined to see things through to the end. Besides, he had a number of ideas that he was sure would make his office an interesting place to visit...

Well, I guess the first thing I should probably do is to thank CON Zorrixor (who will forever more be known as The Goat in these reports) for giving me this opportunity to work as PCON in Clan Naga Sadow. I've got a number of ideas that I'd like to implement, that I hope will provide opportunities for everyone to have fun and enjoy their time in the DB.

My first order of business is creating a new website for CNS. I've already worked out a basic template for the site, and currently plan to host the site on minos, since it allows me to program in PHP and have a database. While I don't think I'll be able to create a site that really rivals DJB.org, I hope to that the site that will be very useful to CNS members, and provide them with just about all the information you could possibly want to have about current events in the DB.

The Krath Monthly Topics have returned! While the KMTs are hosted and judged by the KHP and/or her staff, they are open to members of all Orders. So if one of these topics strikes your fancy, send in your submission by October 31:

We've seen a nice influx of members over this past week. A former CON of CNS has returned, and I'd like to welcome KPN Trevarus Caerick back to Naga Sadow.

<p>RECRUITING

Speaking of transfers, we need to get to work at recruiting more people to join CNS. The Clan's rosters currently stands at 47, with 22 members in HLK, 16 in HPG, and only 6 in HMR. That makes us the smallest Clan in the DB (even smaller than Alvaak...that's kind of scary).

But that also means that we've got a lot more room for growth, and generally more opportunities for newer members to excel.

I'm working out a few ideas as to what we could do to get more people to join the Clan, but if anyone already has an idea, please send it my way. Any success in this area with be rewarded.

<p>NOTE ON ACTIVITY

In this section of my reports, I will be making special note of people who I have noticed for their activity during the week. This week, I'd like to make a special note regarding NOVs Uther and jeryyk, and ACO Vicious. Both Vicious and jeryyk took and passed both of the Sith Flight Studies exams from the SA, and Uther took and passed the CORE exams for the Krath and Obelisk, as well as the Krath Grammar Exam. Congratulations for your efforts, and I hope to see more of the same in the future.

And on that note, I'd like to encourage all of you to take any and all of the SA exams that interest you. It's a great way to expand your knowledge of the DB a little bit, as well as adding a little somthing to your idline.

A note to QUAs and AEDs. If you believe that someone in your House deserves special mention for their activity, please send me an email detailing their activity for the week. In the future, I hope to be able to reccomend at least some kind of medal for those who perform exceptionally during the week.
