I hope you all are doing well and had a great week.

This week held Veterans/Remembrance Day for many nations and we have several members who have served. I’d like to take a moment to thank all those who have served and share that my thoughts are with those who lost family and friends in such pursuits.

In my report earlier this week, I made mention that we would be adopting the narrative system voted on in the clan survey:

• Each Fiction update will be told from the POV of the top 3 credit earners from the previous month
• Side characters or character mentions will be conducted on a rotating basis so everyone can see their characters (who have character sheets!) within the clan fiction
• Optional: If you have a character image, I’m happy to include these for POVs

Update 2: Misfortune

Ferosar - Clan Fero Territory

Malodin’Tater was slowly pacing between the apartment’s tiny kitchen and its entrance way, responding to every noise in the adjacent hallway that connected all the shoebox apartments. On the wall beside the door, a screen displayed a holofeed of the hallway and Malodin’Tater would quickly check this before returning to the datapad he had propped up against a breadbox on the kitchen’s island counter. Throughout the pacing, the Mandalorian’s drawn blaster remained fixated on the bound man who sat sobbing through his gag in the connected living room.

It could be argued that open concept floorplans were a boon to hostage management…

Movement on the datapad brought the Mandalorian’s attention back to it. Set to split-screen, the datapad displayed a holofeed on one side of the screen while a chat window scrolled to life on the other side. Noting the time, Malodin’Tater realized he was due to report and knew the first thing he needed to do was send over the recording from earlier that day.

Update 2 (September) - Misfortune

Scene One (POV: Tater):

• Tater has made it to Ferosar and has taken a hostage
• It is revealed that earlier that day, a recording was made, and this is sent to Valhavoc for processing
• Tater is informed that no witnesses can be left behind, actions are taken to leave the husband blamed for the carnage created

Scene Two (POV: Kora):

• Kora and Brimstone are looking into the missing weapons from Parabellum Chapter 6
• The weapons aren’t found, but something else is

Scene Three (POV: Azler/Kindle):

• Kindle arrives at Blackspire Tower. Haro is stepping down as Wren QUA, Kindle is taking over
• Haro and staff bring Kindle up to speed on what was found on bug. Bug in archives catches Vhett confronting another council member. It’s revealed that she’s been set up due to internal politics of Fero.
• Haro explains Vhett’s belief that to remove opposition on the council, Talrin schemed to allow an opening for Vizsla to make a move on the diplomat’s life.
  
• It also has been confirmed that the Clan Fero Alor’ad is calling her council together, and it is suspected that Talrin is going to expose that Vhett lost the codex and it is in Vizsla’s possession
• Haro suggests this may lead to retaliation, even war.

As you can see, over the next several weeks we will bring the narrative up to date. December will see a brief pause to the campaign as we bring back a holiday event while the new year will see us return to stride as we plan to launch Great Hunt X during Q1 of 2026.

Current Operations:

• Vizsla October Bounty Board - This BB is about to end! A reminder that is was extended to November 15th, so 1 day left!
• Vizsla November Bounty Board - More bounties, more credits. Go get some!
• Clan Archives - In addition to October’s BB, the Clan Archives were extended until the end of the month to encourage participation. These events are Vizsla-only and have a direct impact on the clan’s worldbuilding.
