Parabellum Tier 4 participation robes!

To start off, I'd like to thank everyone who was waiting for these for their patience. We had a perfect storm of of delays and I'm glad everyone was patient while we finished them.

They are available to everyone who has the Tier 4 Parabellum participation Trophy.
