House Galeres Aedile Applications Open

Greetings, lovelies and movie-goers,

Arcona's House Galeres is now looking for a new Aedile! See below for details. We'll be holding applications Brotherhood-wide from now until Wednesday, December 27th, 11:59 EST. Things we're looking for in applicants:

• Problem-solver
• Passionate about the Brotherhood
• Ability to work with a team of strong personalities
• Minimum rank of Journeyman III - no previous leadership experience is required
• Less than 24-hour email turnaround time
• A strong Telegram presence
• Having taken and passed the Shadow Academy's Leadership courses will be looked upon favorably

Things we're looking for in applications:

• Tell us about yourself - personality is a big part of this job
• What you can bring to the summit and where you could improve
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Knowledge of the current state of House Galeres
• Ideas for addressing any opporunities to improve House Galeres
• Ideas for the fictional expansion of House Galares
• Concrete plan of action and ideas for the House moving forward
• Any previous leadership experience - in the Brotherhood or real life
