The naming of new holders of a Clan Title are far and few between around the Brotherhood, and the naming of a new Palpatine is a very rare event as it has been five years today since I was named the last new holder of the Palpatine name.

Today, I would like to officially award Xen'Mordin Vismorsus and Archangel the clan title and family name of Palpatine.
