Introduction:

Knights of Allusis, I am honored to address you in my first of many reports covering the goings on in the Battle Team. This Report may not be as extensive as future ones, as I am still getting accustomed to everything, but I do promise to make it worth the read by answering some Burning Questions later on. Without further adieu, lets take a look at the awards we've accumulated.

Fiction Update:

A cup of Caf rattled on it's perch upon a windowsill as a mint condition squad of Delta-class DX-9's sailed past. The rising steam swirled into small vortexes as a large and notably soft paw raised it from it's place. Doon Sulvir, the recently appointed Knight-Commander of the knights of Allusis looked out over the fields before Allusis Stronghold. From his quarters he observed the early morning coming and going of ships and vehicles, as well as the various clusters of uniformed soldiers who were busy with their initial training.

Doon would see them soon, once they had finished the initial onboarding and familiarity courses that were scheduled. He wanted to be the one to announce the upcoming regiment he would be putting them through, a stress test of sorts. For now though, he had other plans. A meeting with the Knights themselves. A list of who, he was casually scrolling through on a large datapad. He needed to know who he was working with, and while a dossier held a significant amount of information, it would never replace the need to shake someone's hand.

The One Eyed Wolf very much looked forward to what was coming.

Knights of Allusis Competitions:

Knights, you will all be tasked with a series of challenges by your Knight Commander in the coming days. A set of simulations, tests, and field practices to ensure everyone is prepared for the coming days. Prepare yourself, tune your blasters, ready your minds, and keep your eyes out for the competitions.

Community & Involvement:

• Kaal City: Cantina Crafting: The Apathy and Ale Alliance and Union of Shipwrights factions have begun construction on a cantina known as The Last Kaal for the working citizens of Kaal, and anyone else who could use a good drink paired with some tasty food. However, members of the Crown Guardians have begun to directly oppose and try to prevent the cantina from opening. You have been tasked with helping to create this cantina, helping to settle the dispute, and ensuring its successful completion.

• Return to the Casino: It's been a long time since we returned to the Casino's of Baime, and I welcome you to pull up a seat and challenge other members and the dreaded Pazaak Dealers.

• The Collapsing Line: The Competition: With a successful push against the Vauzeem Dominion, the largest threat on the planet now is the seemingly endless legion of B1s spewing out on the eastern side of the world. While Odan-Urr has been successful in pushing them back, ti has been relatively slow in doing so. Many miles of destroyed Lanscape and droids litter the southeast of Quermia.

• Jack's Haiku Extravaganza: It's Jack! It's Haiku! There's 20 of them! Each week will have a topic to form a haiku around. Best entry (based on personal preference, adherence to the weekly theme, and following the standard 5-7-5 build) will take the week! At the end of 20 weeks, the best overall will get an extra bit of shiny!

• Zebina Asks: Who are the Knights of Allusis?

According to my studies, the Knights of Allusis is the name of an elite team of Jedi hosted by House Hoth of Clan Odan-Urr. They get their name from a team of Jedi that fought to the death during the Tenth Great Jedi War against the Sith. They themselves were named after Jedi Master Allusis. We carry the name as a Battle Team to honor both the previous Knights, and the efforts of Master Allusis.

• Jon Asks: Why House Hoth?

House Hoth, from my understanding, was formed as a way to check House Sunrider when it came to accepting the Dark Brotherhood and the sith within. Hoth stands as a bulwark against the Darkside, something that both I, and my Apprentice, are quite interested in aiding. Some time in the Academy and an Honest temple would do us both some good, I think.

• Vyr Asks: As a former KoA BTL, I hope you can accept my question: what cool stories are you thinking up in the background? Can we get a peek?

There are a number of goals I have for the Knights. First and foremost, training. I want to make sure everyone is to peak performance before we engage in anything serious. Once I am satisfied with that, I have heard tales of Tyrants, Pirates, and worse lurking the stars around us. If the whispers I hear are true, these people are the worst of the worst. In addition, there very well may be independent Sith among or even leading them. I see it as a goal worthy of the Knights to take on these rogue Sith who use the dark side to lord over others. In time, we will see to what extent their influence reigns.

• Tisto Asks: What are your plans for KoA's story?

Beyond what I mentioned above, I have learned precious little of the knights as individuals yet. What I have heard, has started some ideas. Testing each other, finding redemption, accepting one's own flaws, coming face to face with the flawed and dark past that seems to haunt most Knights.

What are your initial impressions of your Quaestor and Aedile?

I have not met with you, Tisto, as much as I would have liked, but I do not believe that is either of our faults. I look forward to amending that. Syrena has been incredible with helping me work my way through my first steps here as BTL, and has been eager to offer whatever I needed.

A Quick Announcement

Knights of Allusis! I have exciting news for you all. We have pieced together the Allusis Stronghold, armed it with defenses and stationed a battalion of troops there armed with transports, air support, and heavy armor. I am very excited to show you all more of the Stronghold, with it's own wiki page coming Soon. Take a gand-er and feel free to ask questions about the stronghold, or anything in general. Remember, you can use anything the Knights have in a fic, and trust me - familiarizing yourself with what we are armed with will come in handy in the future.
