That bum Bograt went and got himself promoted to Consul, which means that Clan Arcona finds itself in need of a Proconsul.

Proconsul is one of the most crucial roles in the Brotherhood. Proconsul is the Right hand of the Consul and the core of Clan Summit. The expectations of a Proconsul are listed below. This is taken directly from the Wiki.

• To assist the Consul with anything he/she requires
• To monitor the activity of Quaestors and Aediles to make sure Houses are running smoothly
• To assist in expanding the fictional role of the Clan within the Brotherhood
• To make note of leaders and members within the clan worthy of promotions or medals
• To promote activity within the Clan, Houses and Brotherhood as a whole
• To uphold any values or beliefs your clan stands for
• To assist in the creation of competitions, vendettas and feuds between your Clan and others
• To assist new members in becoming oriented with the Brotherhood and Clan, to further the development of new members through instruction and guidance, to provide a timely answer to any questions a new member may hold
• To keep track of what you have learned during your tenure to pass onto your successor and help train them for the job

That being said, the more specific things I am looking for in a PCON are:

• An interest in primary involvement in the ongoing Arcona plotline; we have a new and interesting direction we're taking things so be sure to familiarize yourself with CADRES, the Dajorran Confederacy and our most recent fictional update, The Veins of Power: Episode I
• An active and engaged presence in Arconan spaces; Clan Arcona is a very social group, for the most part, so I would expect to see my PCON actively engaging in conversations in our Discord channels
• Run a minimum of one, ideally two, Competitions or other activities (RPs, social gaming nights, etc.) for the Clan per month; these can be as simple or as complicated as you wish to make them
• Ability and willingness to work with our House leadership to help them develop and accomplish their goals
• No prior leadership experience is required, however any examples of prior leadership will be taken into consideration
