Clan Report 1.4 - Quest For Fire: Midpoint
Introduction
May your pockets be overflowing.
I want to start off by thanking everyone for their patience this week while my report was delayed. My wife left me, for work mind you, and I’ve been able to experience what it’s been like to be a solo parent until she's back from the trip. It’s not so bad, our boys nights has been a lot of playground tours and chef boyardee but alas it’s limited my club time this week.
With that said, let’s dive into this report.

Quest For Fire
As you may remember, a month ago we launched the current campaign. At this moment we have a little less than 3 weeks left in the event.
All activities end on May 3, just in time to earn some credits for the annual celebrations store
Pledge Reminder:
As announced with the opening report, there is a pledge form for this event. Wren had some impressive numbers over the course of this phase, however none of them selected the correct settlement that the forge is hiding in. There was a correct selection from Deathwatch, but unfortunately no phase 1 entries were submitted by this person so it's still anyone's game.
Please use the new pledge form here to commit your Event Long & Phase 2 entries to the final tally one of the settlements has been removed so you have a 50/50 chance at this point. Reminder: Your assigned Quaestors are competing for dibs on whatever possessions are discovered

The wind was endless.
It came in long, harsh breaths across the desert. Dragging ribbons of sand across the dune tops to pelt anything that crossed its path. What polish had existed upon all the armour plating worn, was quickly scraped off by the continued assault and had the entire fleet and clan looking battleworn and weary - even when they hadn’t seen the flash of a blaster.
Such was the state of things as Hector arrived with the latest search team to be deployed.
Nearing the outskirts of Tracyn, it was clear the settlement had been half-swallowed by time and grit. The engines of their transport coughed in protest as it descended towards the dunes. The shutter it made caused several worried looks to be exchanged within the cabin but Hector Von Ricmore made himself heard over the sputtering.
“Stay sharp!” He said, his voice calm but carrying. “If something chased off the locals, it might still be nearby.”

- Scene One (Hector): Hector mets Rulvak at Tracyn settlement, it appears to have been abandoned for some time. While the recon team waited, Kanal found some strange markings and more were found inside one of the remaining structures. Sent to Tater for processing.
- Scene Two (Kora): Kora and Sinya are part of a recon team that scouted an outpost along the border with the mountain area. While waiting for new orders, a tactical deployment lands near the pair, Kora gets some fancy loot.
- Scene Three (Azler): Azler is trying to understand why SirCaleb would mess with the tactical deployment, even if it was a prank. The chewing out is paused when Tater arrives with critical news about the etchings found. They suggest Tracyn was allied with another settlement against the third, who was lead by a “Scrap Armourer” who strips their enemies of all metals to be used in a hungry forge.
Bounty Tracker
As folks may remember, back in December, Valhavoc launched his Vizsla-version of a battlepass system. This has been active for multiple months now, leading to the quarter being completed with the start of this month.
I’m excited to announce that we have repurposed the clan artifacts to this system so that they will be up for grabs more often. We will now award these artifacts on a quarterly basis based upon who rises to be Champion of each path. As you can see below, it is possible to achieve multiple artifacts and going forward any ties for Champion will default to the current defender. This means if you want to claim one of these artifacts, you need to best them 2 out of 3 months in a quarter. Congrats to Kora & Hector on conquering the first quarter!

Ad Vizsla Update
I'm delighted to say that a lot of you are getting close to the Clan Title!
As we discussed last month, I've changed our chart to show just the top 10 chasing the title. I hope this makes it easier for folks to read it and show just how close you are. You can find the tracker to the left. This isn't to diminish our honourable ad Vizslas. You can always view all current Ad Vizsla Title Holders here..
As a reminder, the only way to get the title is by earning 2 million credits for the clan. There is no vote. It’s not a cool kids’ club (even though having the title is cool). It’s not a popularity contest. Earn credits, earn the title. That’s it.

Should you want to know your exact credit amount, you can see this on your dossier's activity assessment tab. Let Raiju know if you need help finding this.
One thing to remember: If you leave for another clan, your clan credits reset to zero! So like...don't do that.
If you think it’s too hard or too out of reach, just take a look at Zoron’s numbers…he’s earned the clan title three times over.
