Clan Update

<BOW>
Sadowans, what say you? Summer closes in around us folks! Hopefully everyone has been enjoying their summer. But it’s time to finally beat the heat. Fall is right around the corner along with some good camping weather! I hope to be partaking in some of that over the next couple months.
But first! I want to welcome you all to another episode of the Naga Sadow Broadcasting Service! The Clan has been busy over the last month or so and to be honest. Everyone has earned a well deserved breather. But before everyone goes running to their favorite kick back spots, we need to go over a few things, do a couple shout outs, you know, all that cool stuff!

Clan News
Well as you all know we had the Great Jedi War XVII: Animus closeout not too long ago. I want to apologize for being late with this report. I have been behind the curveball with being down from back ablations, knee injections along with everything else going on in this crazy world of mine. Anyway, trying to knock things off that catch-up list and my report was at the top.
I first want to start off by saying, you all FLIPPIN ROCK! We on Summit know that a GJW is a grind and we appreciate the Clan’s effort put forth towards the war effort. There was a lot of hump-busting going on for CNS, we were aware a lot of us had R/L kickin us in the teeth while the war was active. For that grind, I believe I can speak for all of Summit on this one. Mad respect for you all. We cannot thank you all enough for what you do for the Clan and know it is appreciated. Now, with the war over, we have some CNS accolades that need to be highlighted!

Adept Tasha Vel’Versea locked down CNS Top Performer! She totaled 211 points for the war! Nicely done Tasha! Everyone please give her a big round of applause that is huuuge!
As far as the Clan goes, for the event long bins we had a 51.9% and for phase I/II, we had a 43.6% participation rate. That gave us a 47.3% participation rate overall. Not too shabby for us, but we will never settle until we are on top. So the next go around, CNS will do just that. Because the rewards and $$ get better! But do not fret one flippin bit true-believers, because the Clan did receive three squadrons of new elite bombers that will complement our Mark IV Sadow Fighters. Again not too shabby CNS, not too shabby! You can check the new bombers out here: B30 Extinction Bombers
You all made that happen and Summit cannot thank you all enough for adding this spiciness to the fleet!
Those will make great additions to fleet fictions coming up in the near future. Speaking of the future, we do have a Pro Bowl coming up so we will kick back and ready yourselves until then. Professor Sanguinius Entar and Adept Tasha”Vel Versea will be the Clan Captains for the Frog-Dogs and Rotworms. So be ready to dive in and have some fun with folks across the Club. That is the best thing about the Pro Bowl, is we get to team up with others across the Club! It’s good to step out of our comfort zones and try these new endeavors, plus it is a great way to have some good clean fun!
Between now and then you will see a few easy-peasy type comps for us to keep us busy doing some fun quirky comps. Once the Pro Bowl closes out, the Clan will find itself on its next mission. We will see a new Clan fiction drop and possibly a mini event. I have not plotted that bit out yet. Still researching an idea before the pen goes to paper. In the meantime I will be doing my due diligence to wrap that up and have something worked up by then. Date TBD because I know our kick-ass Magistrate has something cookin for us as well. So there will be plenty of opportunities for CNS ass-kickary. Be ready Sadowans, our call to arms awaits!

Welcome
We want to take this opportunity to welcome our newest member. Or should say welcome back! If you have not noticed the roster as of late, we have a new addition to the Keibatsu amongst us. Everyone please welcome Mihoshi Keibatsu back to CNS!

CNS Order of the Blackguard: Jul 2026

Here are our CNS Blackguard for July ‘26:
Blackguard Placements for July 2026
---
Adept Tasha'Vel Versea 1st Place
Adept Ashia Kagan Keibatsu 2nd Place
Master Malik Sadow 3rd Place
Warlord Hades 4th
Congrats to you all! The chase for the sword continues! Blackguard is a long tradition within CNS. Title holders protect not just Clan Summit but the Clan as well. The annual title holder gets to carry the Dark Sword of H’Kysch that is up for grabs and tallied every January and the sword is bestowed to one lucky Sadowan. So if you would like to have that beautiful weapon attached to your hip, then get to work racking up that XP! December is your last chance to add to your overall annual points and move yourself closer to snagging the Blackguard of the Year title.
FYI, most CNS gaming sessions take place on the weekends. If you need/want to get some in, put a shout out on Discord! There are also a couple of us available throughout the day so if weekends are a bust, I am pretty sure that is an easy audible! Just get in the mix!
Reminder, placement is based on the total comp XP you earn each month. So whether you game, fiction, art or puzzles that XP is yours for the taking. Get in the mix! The more you do, the more you earn. And that fellow Sadowans, can add up to you becoming the next CNS Blackguard.
