The Lambda-class shuttle rose swiftly from the planet below before vanishing under the starboard edge of the Phoenix. The information it carried onboard was the culmination of his plans since taking on the responsibility of Aedile for House Marka Ragnos. Once assuming the position of Quaestor, Hades had accelerated his plans for the planet below further. Tarthos, a planet that was once a barren cold tundra planet with few habitation zones was now at a turning point in its life cycle. A new realm of possibilities had been created from nothing for the planet and the members of HMR.
A chime indicated his courier has arrived at his office.
“Enter.” The door opened and a trusted military officer stepped in and saluted as the door closed behind him. Hades, ever the imperial officer at heart, returned the salute crisply.
“Report.” He ordered.
“Sir, construction has been completed on all main structures within the city. The residential and secondary structures will be completed by week’s end. Testing of security systems is also complete. 1st Infantry Battalion is squared away in both Security Barracks. Alpha and Bravo Companies in the North Barracks and Charlie and Delta companies in the South Barracks with Battalion HQ located in the central security office between the two.” The Lieutenant paused to look at Hades before continuing.
“The six main casinos are fully operational and staffed. Opening week entertainment has arrived and ready to go. All secondary businesses should be up and running within 48 hours. Residential unit buildings are already at 50% sold in the past week.” Hades nodded his approval as the lieutenant continued.
“Lastly both the main luxury spaceport and the HMR security hangar are ready.” The lieutenant stood at attention and nodded. “That is all sir.” Hades turned directly towards the officer.
“Thank you, Lieutenant. Dismissed.” Hades returned the Lieutenant’s salute and watched as the young man leaves.
It had finally come. The fruition of a plan that had been very hard to keep secret. Even before his appointment as AED of the house, he had noticed the western continent of Tarthos was changing. Volcanic activity in the center of the continent and along with thermal vents off the coast had begun to change the climate around it. The air was already much warmer on the eastern side of the continent, already reaching 30 degrees standard. The water off the coast was already reaching a stable 25 degrees standard. It was perfect. Luxury casinos and hotels for the wealthy citizens of the galaxy, residential units to accommodate them and all the amenities the rich and powerful seek. Not to mention all of the possibilities those types of clientele bring to their little corner of the galaxy. And those possibilities meant opportunity for HMR and for the Clan going forward.
“Welcome to New Eden.” he said to the viewport in his office.

A change to Tarthos is upon us! As you can see from the fiction, we have a new city. After speaking with several members of the clan, including Muz and Consul Bentre, about how I could add something new to the house and give us fiction possibilities for the future I came up with an idea.
Behold! New Eden. Think of it as a cross between Las Vegas and Miami beach. A city that has both luxurious casinos but also a warm water beach with a tropical resort. This is NOT Canto Bight. My idea is to draw the luxury clients as well as a more diverse crowd who just wants a vacation. This new city will provide the members of HMR and CNS as a whole, great fiction opportunities. Where you find casinos, you find an underground/blackmarket as well as mafia types. I believe the types of storylines that will come out of this new city will be as broad as they are fun.
I am hoping to try (hopefully not fail) and write a wiki article for this in the next few weeks. I am quite horrible at wiki so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Over the last few days, and with the assistance of our awesome PCON Darkhawk, I have reorganized the layout of our military on the clan’s possession page. I have named the army battalions and arranged them infantry and tactical battalions. As you can see from the fiction, the 1st Infantry Battalion will be stationed at New Eden in two separate barracks. Fictionally, we’ll be stationing one platoon of LAAT/i along with them. The rest of the battalions will be onboard our Acclamator-class Cruiser Sanctuary.
An unnamed DP2- Corellian Gunship was renamed Stingray. There were also four squadrons of starfighters that were also left unnamed. They were renamed Storm, Lightning, Shadow, and Hammerhead in that order. I will also be switching out two the TIE/FO squadrons on the Resolution for the Y-Wing and X-Wing squadrons that are left currently without a home. Those remaining squadrons will be placed in the security hangar near New Eden. So keep that in mind for your fiction entries moving forward.
Lately there have been a lot of gaming activity within the clan and I would like to make sure HMR is taking advantage of that fact. Several of us have been having a lot of fun playing Heros of the Storm with one another. There have been several times where we had to break into two groups because so many of us were online. It has been a lot of fun.
Heroes of the Storm is free to play and is a simple download. Please don’t be intimidated or shy. We are all very accommodating and would love to have you join us. There are also groups playing Star Wars: Squadrons. That might have a bit more of a learning curve but man it is fun to play! I am willing to help any of you with either platform. If there is another DB supported platform you wish to engage with then I will either help you myself or find you the right group to play with. We are having a lot of fun and I look forward to seeing what you can do.

Movements around the Orian system have been drawing the attention of the Clan Summit. With internal security locked down significantly since the last civil disturbance, the paranoia of the Overlord has turned again to a fear of outside forces. Is there a threat to the national security of the Orian Empire? Is the Consul starting to lose it in the face of a potential, newfound peace?
The Consul has dispatched members of the Clan and the Warhost to investigate and evaluate threats throughout the system. It is up to you and others to discover the truth behind this latest development as you participate in this gaggle of competitions!
This is a fun competition but it ends on the 21st!

Nice report! New areas are always good. Also, HotS is really fun and as Hades said we're really accommodating. It can seem overwhelming at first, but it doesn't take long to pick up, you've got a whole team of allies, and we're playing pve vs the AI so there's no pressure.
Love the fiction and the New Eden imagery, getting some intriguing Vice City vibes.
