Introduction - What could possibly go Right!

Welcome to the first of what I hope will be many reports to come. For those that do not know me or only have heard rumors of my insanity all I can say is those rumors are beyond false. I have not heard one rumor that adequately describes my insanity to its full glory. So ladies and Gentlemen take your seats buckle up and welcome to Edgar’s Wild Ride!

Ok , seriously now I’m more than honored to be returning to House Hoth. My first Battle Team was KoA and I did serve as the BTS there for a time as well. then I went off and joined another great battle team DoB in House Shan. Lu’Aisha Gresee is not only our Pazaak Queen but a great leader as well and I do thank for inspiring me to strive for bigger goals than I originally planned.

Also our dear Questor is also my Master so it’s a huge homecoming for me to not only be back in Hoth, but to also be working with Nathan again.

So as i’m sure you are well aware there is a lot to do in the House and I’m already excited be working with KoA’s new BTL Titso Kingang on some new ideas. You should all be expecting to see some exciting things from your House summit in the next few weeks. So stay tuned!

I guess the big thing you need to know about me is that I’m a gamer and if you like to earn Clusters of fire/earth let’s talk and we can earn clusters together. As for the Fiction side of things I’m not the best writer but I’m trying to learn so if I can’t directly help you I will find someone that can teach us both!

What to expect from the Aedile’s office

The first thing you will notice about my office is that I will rarely be in there. My Job, My Plan and My Focus will be on you the members of House Hoth first and foremost. The only way I can even think about being there for you is not behind a desk but in the trenches with you.

My firm belief is that I would never ask you to do something I wouldn’t even try myself. My job is to work with and to hopefully inspire you to do your best for House Hoth and the Clan as a whole. I will strive to listen to any of your ideas for comps or plotlines and i will even encourage you to run your own competitions if you wanted to. In the end as much as we all would love you to do all the things my hope would be for you to do just one more comp then you normally would. That’s it just one additional comp then you currently do now. Not so hard right? If you think so come talk to me and I can show you how easy it can be.

I’m here to lead, encourage, plan and cheerlead for you to succeed in any path you want to take in the Brotherhood and I have some new initiatives to help accomplish the goals you have set for yourself in the DJB.

No Journeyman Left Behind!

This is going to be my biggest project and one that will eventually involve every member of the House. In the next coming week or so every Hoth Member will get a personalized email from me for the sole goal of introducing myself to you, getting to know you and offering any help or advice I can give to you. especially in the area of getting your next promotion or getting you back on track to finally earning your Knight, Captain or Professional Rank!

Working with your Master we will get you back on track and earning your promotions My goal is to help you through the Journeyman ranks as fast as you are able to go. This is your experience and I want to help you succeed on any path towards glory as you choose.

In conclusion

There is a lot of work ahead to do but I promise there will be a lot of fun as well. I look forward to speaking to all of you and either teaching you something new. I’d be even more excited to learn something new from you too! I’m here to help every member NV1 on up and again my com channel is always open.

Also as an important fact is that you don’t have to wait for me to reach out to you if you have a question, concern, problem, idea or anything please reach out to me first I’m eager to hear from you and work with you all. If you have a problem I will help you resolve it ASAP!

Only together will we make Hoth strong and only together will we make Clan Odan-Urr the best clan in the Brotherhood.
