This last month has not been a quiet one for House Hoth as many good things have happened since my last report. The Feud with Clan Plagueis is drawing every closer. Even though we don’t have a offical start date our P-CON Turel Sorenn’s last report confirms that it is in fact still going to happen!
The biggest House news was the Two EQ1 Promotions - KoA’s BTL Peacekeeper Tisto and Privateer Suur.
Mystic Jalen Ramz recieved a Steel Cross for his efforts in the House and the DJB SWTOR Guild. Congratulations to All of you!
For all the other members of the house I want you to know that I am fully tracking all the members of the house and I am eagerly awaiting you to give me the ammunition I need to award more medals and promotions. So if you want to know what you need to do then remember, that you are always free to contact me directly to discuss what you need to do to earn a promotion or a award. I’m here to award you all the things I can. Honestly I rather write medal and promotion recs then write reports.
To get you started. Here is a excellent PRO TIP, the best way to earn a reward or your promotion is to simply participate in as many comps as you can. Yep it’s that easy! By doing that the rest becomes easy! So get out there and get the comps done (especially during the feud)!
Just to make this offical I fully support the “Lead from the Front” leadership culture Turel mentioned in his report. I vow to you, the members of Hoth, that I will never require you to do anything that I won’t do myself. As well I would never fully expect you to match my activity numbers but secretly I will wish that you out do me in every event. As I said in my first report my place is in the trenches with you not in a stuffy office. So I’m here to help you and make your experience here the best I can.

Upcoming House Stuff
Just so you all are aware your House Summit is in the middle of working on a outline for Hoth’s Fictional direction that will solidify our identity and place within the Clan. Since the Clan is gearing for the Feud we hope to be ready to launch a fiction update and announce some House Events shortly after the Feud ends. So stay tuned awesome things are coming, but first the Feud!

House Hoth’s Seal
We recently ran a Competition to create a new seal for the house and Savant Revak Kur won the comp, congratulations again. His design is currently being refined and Nathan will be releasing it hopefully in his next report.
For now though I Bring you a much more refined version of our original official Seal.
In case you ever wondered what this seal meant:
“The House Hoth seal has many meanings depending on the observer. However story has it that the founding QUA said that the Lightsaber and Kukri's signify the martial path followed by their patron, Lord Hoth. The current leadership also recognizes the kukri as a pathfinders tool. In conclusion
You noticed I skipped the Member Achievement part since there was already so much to put in my report and since it’s late as well. This will be updated in Nathan’s QUA report and hopefully we will have some Feud News as well.
So all in all I’m proud of House Hoth and KoA. We have a good group and I see us doing really well in the next coming months. We will need to focus on being active in the feud, recruiting new members and supporting each other in the House and in the Clan as a whole. Just remember even though there are 2 Houses we are ONE Clan and only together as ONE Clan will we succeed.
OK so one last thing, I’d like to congratulate my former apprentice Major Alethia Archenksova on his recent appointment to the position of House Satele Shan’s Aedile! Good Luck!

Excellent report, my friend, and another congratulations to the members who were awarded - Suur, Jalen, and Tisto. Rest assured, Edgar does pay very close attention to everyone's activity. You do something, he is where I hear about it first. We are both going to work together to find appropriate awards after the Feud, and I will point out that the Feud is a Vendetta-level event as per Mav's most recent report. That means BIGGER awards than some Clan event thought of by a scantily dressed seer (or her equally scantily dressed Proconsul ;) ), or competition run by us. It is an awesome event, and I very sincerely hope to see some awesome participation levels - at least what I am putting in myself.
Regarding my next report, which is coming out next week, I will be trialling a few changes - most of them affecting me, as I need to update how I think about DJB Leadership (...bearing in my mind, my last stint as a serious unit leader was in 2005). I will be addressing some of the issues in Turel's vision of leadership, which became a subject of discussion amongst ourselves, and the policy I am writing at the moment will apply in our House's leadership team. This will limit and remove some opportunities from our members, but it will also promote and improve our current performances.
I look forward to the start of the VENDETTA-LEVEL FEUD, and you can look forward to hearing from me, shortly after it launches. Keep making me proud, Hoth and Edgar.
