Fear had all but crippled Vosen. As the Commodore drew closer, all he could do was crawl backwards. He looked around desperately but there was little room to move amongst the rubble. No way out. No weapons. This he felt would be his end, as it was the end for his father. The Commodore stopped and stood looking at the boy.

After tensions rose over the past year, the war against the Commodore and his fleet is over. You can read the rest of the fiction HERE. If not, here is a quick summary…

• The Commodore took on Sunrider forces in an epic lightsaber duel where each side vollied for the advantage. However, good prevailed and put an end to the Commodore’s reign of madness.

• Two strike teams landed on the capital ship, a CC-7700 freighter named the Storm. They pascified the crew, then took control of the engines and bridge. Their efforts enabled us to capture the ship and turn the tide of the battle. Once the ship is back home, we will scour the computers looking for any intel we can find.

• With the help of Tython Squadron, our drop teams managed to liberate the Palace and rescue the Anasaye royals.

• Victory!

Vez Hirundo!

I would like to take this time now to congratulate Vez for claiming the title of War Hero! Vez participated in 100% of the competitions and earned 71 event points! Fantastic job!

Welcome our Aedile!

Had a lot of good submissions for the role of Aedile and after many great ideas, Raziel was chosen. Can’t wait to show you what he has in store for the House.

Now a word from your Aedile…

Hi, it’s me, Raz, your new AED. I won’t waste everyone’s time by flexing my experience, I had to do that once to get the job to begin with, but I will take a minute to properly introduce myself.

I joined the club in the Summer of 2010, and did some stuff in Clan Naga Sadow under the names Venator, and then later as Mirado. Obviously, I’m not there anymore. When I rejoined, I felt like I needed a change from what I’d been doing, so I decided there was no bigger change than going Good Guy and so far, I’m loving every minute of it.

I’m primarily a fiction sort of member, I love to write and tell stories, and really immerse into characterization and worldbuilding. I’ve done a tiny bit in the ACC, recently re-qualified as well, so I’m always up for a battle or to give advice. I also enjoy graphics, not super hot at it, but I have a little bit of skill. Same as ACC I’m always up to give advice.

Revak hired me because there’s a lot of talent in Sunrider, and that much talent requires extra eyes. Because of this, I’ll always be around to take messages on Telegram or Discord. Hit me up with anything you need, it’s why I’m here and I’m happy to help however I can.

Master/student Shout out!

Due to what I can only equate to some sort of magic, Rollmaster Gui has been drawing in more and more new members. Such a large influx of people requires a massive effort on our part to train and retain them all so they can fully experience everything this community has to offer. I’m asking that anyone with the time, energy and devotion required; reach out and talk to some of our newer members..

If you're new, this is a great way to learn the ropes as someone takes you around and shows you the ins and outs on your way to Knight. Not only that, but your Master could be your first real friend in the club, often meeting up with you to do some writing, gaming or drawing.

Even better yet, it's TOTALLY FREE!

Now for those of you who wish to be Masters or have been in the past, you know how important being a good Master is for keeping good people in the club (we all have had or have known of Masters who went to get cigarettes and haven't returned). You also know that our club relies heavily on activity, talent and the longevity of its members. Studies show that when a student is guided, they perform better later in life, live longer and go on to become great Masters themselves.

Weekly Hangouts!

Our weekly gaming hangouts have returned in full force! Jump on the Odan-Urr Discord, we would love to lead a game or just chat. Whether it's exploring space during our Role-Play sessions or games like Destiny 2 and SWTOR, it's a great time to meet and relax with your fellow Odanites.

Now if you're an introvert like me and are thinking "But Revak, there are people there" you have nothing to worry about. Everyone is pretty chill and things never get too crazy. Even if you don't want to play anything, just get on and talk with your fellow nerds.
