Hello, everyone, and welcome to the latest Dread Lord report. I apologize for going an ENTIRE month without a report in October - crazy times. But we are here, and we just finished a competition, and now we're winding down the year. Let's do this.

Inevitable, Chapter One: The Scourge

Thank you to all eleven members of Plagueis for participating in our latest clan event! We know that we've been inundated with quite a few competitions, as well as midterms and work obligations, so I appreciate any and all participation.

Mad props to Khryso Mallus, Aleister Mavros, and Liandry Lhucci Cataa for being our top placers for the event.

I apologize for the massive delay in ending fiction - I planned to have it done today, but it will have to be posted this upcoming weekend. Real life has been kicking me in the groin lately, so I appreciate y'all's patience.

Basically - sh** be blowing up soon.

Fleet Updates

I am pleased to announce that our fleet is getting a bit of a facelift! Thanks to a proposal from our very own Andrelious and Khryso, we will be making the following changes and additions to the Ascendant Fleet:

1. Turning our three task forces into two task forces, which are yet to be named. Stay tuned for a competition in that regard.
2. Adding an Immobilizer to the fleet. Again, that also has to be named, so stay tuned for said competition.

We're trying to put some of our many credits to good use, so I'm looking forward to running this simple comp and getting some creative ideas from all y'all. And no, we're not naming a task force Tasky McTaskFace.

We Love You, Julius!

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that Marcus Armani - the artist formerly known as Gaius Julius Caesar - will be stepping down as Aedile of House Tyranus. Julius has served admirably for the past almost year, being a consistent and calming presence voice in our summit proceedings. His leadership will be greatly missed, but we look forward to him bringing back the power of the Regular Member™!

• Your prior experience as a member and leader and your contributions to Plagueis
• A rough game plan for the next six months to a year as to how you'll improve and add to House Tyranus
• The dynamic you'd seek as Aedile to Shimura as Quaestor

What's Next?

For the next two months, we will be taking it easy and relaxing. During the holidays, I encourage all members to submit competitions for Plagueis and the DB as a whole to participate in. Light and fun comps are always welcome, as well as storyline-based ones with the summit's approval.

We are still in talks with the one and only Clan Odan-Urr in regards to a future clan vs. clan feud starting in early 2021, so stay tuned!

Oof, that's a tough one. I did really like co-organizing A Fistful of Credits, which we won by a razor thin margin. But I did also like running Code: Dread, last year. Good times.

Not often enough. ;)

With little of the year remaining, how would you assess Plagueis' year so far?

I'd say not too bad! I think the complete onslaught of events and demands for activity did wear us down a bit by the time we got to Scourge. Lot of saturation there. But the fact that we were one of the highest participating clans in the GJW was amazing. That made me very proud.

How does Ronovi feel about spice?

It must flow.

This was a bit of a short report, but honestly, not much has happened beyond Scourge, even with a missed report. I'll make sure not to let that happen again - scout's honor.

I know it has been a stressful and strenuous year, and y'all have done a lot. Let's kick back, have a drink, and continue to avoid the plague.
