Plagueis Rollmaster Report #2

Introduction

My second Rollmaster of Clan Plagueis report in which a recent Journeyman gets a Seal of Loyalty, we prepare for the next Fading Light event, and a new member burns through Shadow Academy courses. Everyone is working hard and pushing forward as Clan Plagueis, particularly at the Journeyman level, remains as strong as ever.

Journeymen Accomplishments

I want to give a special shout out to new Dark Jedi Knights - Meleu Karthdo and Taranae Rhode, the latter of whom was recently awarded a Seal of Loyalty for outstanding work toward the betterment of Clan Plagueis. Both of these members show that hitting Dark Jedi Knight is not the end of the road and it is very possible to remain active and able. Hint - volunteering for projects helps and passing a lot of Shadow Academy courses helps.

Tips for Ranking

First, and this one is pretty straightforward and obvious, is to read the promotion requirements publicly listed on the Wiki. I have fancy tools that tell me percentages and notify me when to promote people, but you, as a member trying to get promoted, can also look to see what you can do. Promotheus uses a lot of video game leveling techniques - take advantage of it to earn cool new lightsabers, robes, and force powers!

Second, qualify in the Antei Combat Center. This is a battle arena of fiction, and it’s way cool. I’m a fan, particularly of the new system Mav has been beta testing. The ACC will go live soon-soon-soon in the form of a DB-wide vendetta event for Fading Light, so now is the time to qualify! Don’t stress about the qualification battle posts. The judges only want to make sure you understand the rules. Save your creativity for the real battles.

Third, only because it relates to the second, is to create a Character Sheet. These are the easiest way for other members to get a rundown on your character’s force powers, character traits, favorite weapons, and more. Character sheets can be super detailed or super simple. At early ranks, not as many options are open to you, but you’ll want one all the same.

Conclusion

Another report down. Solid work to all of the Journeymen getting promoted this past month. Keep taking SA courses, qualify in the ACC, participate in competitions, and download the new Star Wars game Assault Team because it’s pretty fun.
