Okay, after the Light report I made earlier, now, a more complete report, mostly about where Imperium is going in the new year.

#Imperium I've been given a lot of questions about this, and after discussing it with the rest of the clan summit, this is where Imperium will head. Basically, we will be visible part of the clan in the star system. We will be the empire.

• We will have a very visible headquarters in the capitol, with offices for the Empress (CON) and Grand Vhizier (PCON).
• The house summit will be the head of the imperial administration. Orders will come from above, we will be responsible for how they are executed.
• Battleteams will be extensions of that. if it's a branch the Empire had, we can have a battleteam for it. one of them, for example, will be the Imperial Intelligence branch.
• If it's not something the Empire had, it will be more at home in Excidium. on an individual basis, of course there will be flexibility (as we don't want to drive people away!), but for the teams, there will be less.
• Some will have noticed our house possesions changed somewhat. I exchanged a Raider for two battalions of ground troops, one based on fast attack (Search and Destroy), and one of line troopers (Hold the Line). We of course kept the carrier and its fighter complement, for air support. This will give us the flexibility to act without going through the chain of command to deploy clan assets. If there is a fire that needs to be put out, or a rebellion that needs squashing, we can do that quickly.

Overall, we will be what most of the system will associate with our empire.

#Future I am considering changing the battleteam structure somewhat, possibly making them smaller. the ones we have won't dissapear, though. Once I am decided on how to handle it, I will report further.

#Upcoming Competitions 1 important competitions I will be starting this week. it's to design the Imperium HQ. If possible, I will be printing the winning submission, and turning it into a visible, touchable object.

Rasilveneira asks: do you have any big plans for Imperium's fictional development for the coming year? Also- do we have enough rum? Answer: for the first part, see above. the second: there is never enough rum. or whisky!

The Beard asks: Bale Andros has sent a casket of Vanor Rum over your personal lodgings as an extension of friendship. How do you respond? Answer: I accept, and send a barrel of fine, 25yr old, single malt whisky as an answer.

Kadrol asks: Pineapple on pizza. Yes or no? Does your character view himself as evil/ a bad person? What is your [ic] relationship with the members of your RO team, following the RoS? Answer: 1) not for me, but I won't judge others who do. you do you! 2) Aeternus doesn't see himself as evil. He sees himself as doing the things that need doing. 3) He has decided they were good teammates, each doing their part to what they could.

Jorm asks: will you pressgang Imperium members to do janitorial and cleaning duties for your real estate company, Aeternus Enterprises? Answer: nah. I got wookies AND ewoks for that.

Kadrol Asks: Is ‘Cuch’ pronounced “cuck” or “Cooch” Answer: I am not answering that, as this is supposed to be PG-13. :P
