Restoration: Building Results

So, as everyone in Plagueis should be aware, the second phase of the Restoration clan competition ended on Thursday afternoon/evening. Your clan summit dutifully threw themselves into grading in order to get the results processed as soon as possible. As such, it gives me great pleasure to announce that it appears that Jai'de Serpens has defended her title from Phase I to also take victory in Phase II. Rounding out the top three placements were Dracaryis in second and Ra'gnar in third. This round was a lot more hard fought than our first round, with the infographic below showing some of the overall stats:

(Special thanks to V'yr Vosa in COU for setting the example and inspiring this graphic.)

Participation numbers stayed fairly similar to what we saw in Phase I, though we picked up a few here or there entry wise. The biggest difference from last round to this one was how much closer every event was. In Phase I, the top three overall placements were well ahead of the rest of the field, and the point spread between first place and third was 20 points, and 20 more points between first and seventh. This time around every participant was far closer together, with only 10 points between first and seventh. The biggest thing that stands out when looking at the results was the power of completing all four of the events. If two participants had entered four events instead of three, the top five overall placements would have radically changed. This is basically my Consul-y way of hinting that with the restoration event, participation is king.

Overall Results

As for the overall placements, here are the placements and point totals for each and every participant:

  1. Jai'de Serpens: 47
  2. Dracaryis: 46
  3. Ra'gnar: 45
  4. Kelly Mendes: 41
  5. Kz'set: 41
  6. Furios Morega: 39
  7. Onwai Starborne: 37
  8. Taranae Rhode: 33
  9. Azmodius Equesinfernum: 21
  10. Misium: 15
  11. Tra'an Reith: 15
  12. DeCicco Ehne: 13
  13. Vanessa Rhode: 12.5
  14. Octavia Morgan Obrie: 12.5
  15. Taysar: 6

Moving Forward

We're two-thirds of the way through the Restoration event, and our pattern is going to hold as we move to Phase III. Well, at least as far as the scheduled date of the next event start which will be Friday, July 3rd. There will be a change in the format of the competition for this last round. First, it has been decided to feature all three of our top placers from Phase II in fiction updates for Phase III. Second, we've decided to amp up the competition this time around. We're now many months removed from the Great Jedi War, so it's time to knock it up a notch. Unlike the last two Phases, which have had four events over a single round, Phase III of restoration will be made up of two individual rounds of four events each. Additionally, Phase III will no longer be an individual competition. The final round will be pitting House Ajunta Pall against House Karness Muur in a battle for supremacy. The outcome of this final round will not only establish which House has preformed the best in the competition, it will also determine which House is going to become fictionally ascendant as we move forward from this competition. The honor of your House is at stake, so let the build up of friendly rivalry begin as you all await the final round:
