A Time To Remember

A cold wind blew through the Citadel as Mako and Lilly walked through the courtyard. The shadows lengthened as the sun set on yet another day. Conflict then a War had come and gone, friends and family had fallen yet those who remained stood victorious. Arcona had triumphed during the war, and its members still reveled in victory. Yet Mako and Lilly shared not in the pleasantries of the others, with the rest of this moment they grieved. Across the courtyard a light shone dimly surrounded by three individuals.

Turel, Arcia, and Celevon greeted the Rollmaster and his Fade. It was not a greeting of anger or victory, but one of sorrow. Mako had asked them there to honor his fallen brother. No words were exchanged as they moved through the halls of the Citadel and to the door of Sight’s quarters. The door whisked open revealing the rooms spartan interior. A hand rested on Lilly’s shoulder.

“Take care of my brothers things, little one. He was a good man who passed before his time. This room is yours for as long as you shall want it,” the Rollmaster’s voice was gruff as tears flowed freely from his eyes. It was a rare showing of emotion from the man. With a sigh, Lilly stepped into her fallen Master’s quarters.

Well the war is over, Arcona Won, congrats are in order. I can say I am very proud of the Journeymen participation in the war. Looking back on everything it is hard to believe that almost six months have passed since I stepped into the position of Rollmaster. We have a New Shadow Lord, and a New (and old) Grandmaster. Changes are happening so keep an eye out for what is to come.

Final Thoughts

I keep it short for this report but that will happen. You guys and gals have really be hitting it hard. Keep at it and many more of you will be reaching Knight yourselves very soon. I cannot find the words to let you know how proud I am of you all right now.
