Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today is a sad day for the House Marka Ragnos summit as we bid farewell to a stalwart member of our team. Aexod has tendered his resignation as the Battleteam leader for Shadow’s Bane. He has served well and true and for this I'd like to thank him for his hard work and excellent service as he demonstrated the qualities required of someone in his position.

With that said, today I am opening the applications for BTL of Shadow’s Bane.

Listed below are some requirements that we would like to see our applicants tackle and think about when applying for this position.

• Minimum rank of JM3+

• 48 hour email turn around.

• A strong presence on TG and if needed on IRC as well though this will be primarily for gaming.

• At least two competitions a month of varying types.

• A monthly report.

• And last but not least 3 month plan detailing what you hope to achieve as BTL.

Now besides all the formalities, we’d also like to learn a bit about you. Some examples being: strengths and weaknesses, what experience you may have that could help you in this role, and what you hope to bring to the position. This part is very important as we want to have a team player that can help get things done and work alongside us.

House Marka Ragnos is changing day by day and we hope to find someone who is willing to step up and help us get stuff done as well as provide an enjoyable experience for your team.

The BTL is one of the most important positions in a Clan and the Brotherhood. Most of the time you are the new members first real point of contact alongside the Rollmaster, as well as being the first person they approach before anyone else to help them with any difficulties they may be facing.

That said, it's also one of the most rewarding experiences with plenty of opportunities to progress and gain some leadership experience.
