Greetings one and all!
I realized that the very first report I put out was on a Friday, and aside from that one day, I am too busy on Friday's to write weekly reports. Sooo, what does that mean? That means my reports will be based closely around Tuesday/Wednesday. So, not technically a weekly report, but almost.
Onto the reporting things!
--- n33d gfx plz --- First off, and foremost, the Dark Jedi Brotherhood Dark Crusade is upon us once again. This time, instead of having a bombardment of events this planet only has a Run-On event. This is good news for me, as I don't think I could handle a plethora of events this round.

I was pleased to see so many Wardens sign up for this event, so let's give our support to the following Wardens for signing up to be a part of this event:

Next up in this news update is the appointment of Aiden to the position of Wardens Executive Officer (XO). Aiden will be serving in this position to better learn the ways of Taldryan and to grow in his abilities here. He'll be serving as my second and will be learning what it means to be a part of Leadership.
You can expect to be hearing more on this position and from Aiden himself as soon as we get a chance to fully catch up and set him towards his duties.
I want to thank everyone for the congrats you gave our fellow Warden on this position. It's great to see us all coming together to support our own.
There has been a bit of news lately on the DJB website, especially considering the Dark Crusade is in full effect. There's a lot of information to read through, and I myself was finally able to read through it all. Here are the links to reports from this week:
There are fun little tidbits in each of those reports, and it's always good to be one-step ahead of what's going on in the DJB, even if you're not particularly interested in those fields it's good to skim through them for information that might be valuable for you later on.

Zoron also managed to pass Combat Tactics I with an outstanding score!
Aiden also earned himself some nice shinnies to add to his stash, including a Sapphire, Emerald and Topaz star Crescent!
Aiden ALSO passed the Grand Masters Royal Guard History SA course with flying colors. Way to go, man.
Lokasena managed to snag himself a handsome Crescent with an Emerald Star. Give it up for Sena!
Shaz'air won a Crescent with a Quartz Star. I love adding to my Quartz collection! =D
On another note, I'd like to highlight the awarding of the Merit Medal known as the Antein Cross, which has been bestowed upon both Aiden and Zoron for their constant and insane amounts of activity over the course of February. Congrats you too, keep setting that example of what it means to be a Warden of House Ektrosis!

I have been running this idea through my head of bringing up a tip/discussion in each of my reports, so here it is!
This report's tip/discussion is about the chain of command. Now that we are a Clan again, there are a lot of people in a lot of positions and it can sometimes be hard to figure out who to contact for what. For this purpose we have what is known as the Chain of Command.
The way this works is that if you (A member of the Wardens, Ektrosis and Taldryan) have a question or something that you would like to be brought to the attention of your leaders, you should follow the chain of command when contacting said leaders.
It works simply like this: First, you should contact your BTL (Battle Team Leader, in this case, myself) and the XO (Aiden) with your inquiry. The both of us will do our best to help you out with whatever it is that you have emailed us about. If neither of us can answer you, then we will respond to this email or forward it to the House Summit.
If it's House/Clan related, you should include the House Summit (Quejo and Halc), along with myself and Aiden in this email. If it's something on a larger scale, Halc and Quejo will take control of that situation and handle it themselves or bring it up to Rian and Yacks directly.
And that's how the Chain of Command works! Here's another way to look at it when contacting your leaders: Battle Team Leader(s) > House Summit > Clan Summit. It's simple and will make things go very smoothly should you follow this process.

Well, that's it for this week. I am very proud of you guys and the work that you have been doing. I am ecstatic to see what the future will bring. As always, we here in the Wardens are a Brotherhood within a Brotherhood. So that means we are here to build each other up and create new and fun things together.
That being said, I would once again like to announce that my door is always open. If you have any questions, comments, ideas, etc., just shoot me an email or catch me on IRC! I love inventing and creating new ways for all of us to enjoy the DJB more and I'm sure you do too! So do not hesitate to speak up!
In closing, I'd like to let you all know that starting the 13th until the 20th of this month I will be on vacation in the sunshine state! I've been attempting to go on vacation for over a year, and it's finally coming to fruition! I am very excited, and it will be good to get away from my every day life for a stint.
All that being said, things will still be rolling! We have a great Summit in Ektrosis keeping us going, and with Aiden now in the XO position, the Wardens won't be dealing with any hiccups while I'm away.
