Adaptive Combat Combat

Without the gift of the Force, The character has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. The character has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes them lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.

Puppeteer Combat

The character seems to get their thrills, perhaps sadistic ones at that, from toying with their opponents. Some are content with simply striking down or injuring their opponent, but that is not enough for The character. No, they wish to see their enemy descend into madness or kneel before them as a blathering mess; or even better, as a fresh new servant with a muddled mind. The Puppeteer usually forsakes outright hurting and maiming their opponent and focuses on illusions, mind tricks, and other wicked means of destroying a person.

It's A Trap Combat

The character has an uncanny knack for identifying traps and alerting others to them. Now, if only they could consistently do it BEFORE the trap goes off...

I Know I Put It Somewhere... Combat

Fond of staying alive and prepared, The character keeps several bladed weapons hidden on their person at all times and in all different locations. The character switches these locations periodically in order to maintain an element of surprise even among their allies who know them. Unfortunately, this sometimes means that they are slower to draw one of these weapons if they forget where they stashed them.

Tonight, We Dine in Hell! Combat

The character possesses a single minded drive for victory, and a deep-seated martyr complex. When presented with a chance to wade into battle versus overwhelming odds, The character does not hesitate, and instead rushes in, relying on skill, fate or chance to let them survive.

Always Prepared Combat

Sometimes the only way to prepare for the worst is to always expect it. The character takes this philosophy one step further by never leaving home without accounting for every possible scenario they might expect to encounter. The character tends to always have the right tool or item for a situation and has a habit of quietly and almost smugly presenting solutions before anyone even recognizes there is a problem. This foresight is far from infallible, however, and they often find themself at a loss in situations that go beyond what they could have imagined. While incredibly practical and often a life-saver in a pinch, their perpetually pessimistic outlook on daily life can be a bit draining on more optimistic-inclined companions.

Bothans Do It From Behind Combat

The character will never go into any situation head-on. Whether it be combat or just strolling down the street, they will stick to the shadows or cloak themselves in the Force. The less they are seen the better. If they cannot sneak up on someone, then The character will not bother confronting them.

Once More Unto The Breach Combat

Born with an intractable will and limitless courage, The character will stand in the face of insurmountable odds and never retreat. Despite the fact that such acts of heedless bravery are inspiring and will sometimes result in victories worthy of song, just as often they result in their allies getting wounded or killed.

Play For Blood Combat

Through a mixture of cocksure courage and arrogant swagger, The character will not back down from a challenge when called out, even if the wiser path is to walk away or let it go. The character's personality does tend to rub a lot of people the wrong way, which generally puts them into situations that escalate quickly to violence. While they may not be the one to always start a fight, they will always see it through to its conclusion. Some have tried to play a challenge off as idle banter, but when The character initiates or accepts a challenge, they do not hold back.

Scientific Method Combat

The character, like most of their peers, has trained with a blaster though, just like any weapon, hates to use it. Instead, when forced to fight, The character will use their surgical scalpels and anesthetics (poisons) to attempt to injure and incapacitate opponents. This requires them to get extremely close to their attackers and leaves them vulnerable to more maritally-inclined fighters and ranged specialists.

Berserker Combat

Where most err on the side of caution in a confrontation, The character prefers to charge in head-first. While others may skirt a battlefield or keep their careful distance, The character rushes in with devastating attacks with seemingly no regard for safety, relying upon instinct and possibly armor to protect them from dismemberment and death during their all-out attacks. The character is a force to be feared on the battlefield, leaving a trail of death and destruction. However, The character's blood-hungry ways put them in far more danger than the normal combatant, often resulting in needless injury and suffering, trading safety for pure offensive ability.
