Dirty Fighter | Combat | When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. The character? The character doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. The character, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, The character isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, The character won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but The character will still be winning, the best and most dirty way they know how. |

Tiny, But Fierce | Combat | The character works hard to maintain an image of fierce tenacity despite being of a smaller stature. To that extent, The character has learned to not take jabs about their stature offensively, but to instead burn them quietly as fuel for their inner spirit. The flame that is sparked as a result is controlled by The character's discipline of never overestimating their own abilities or those of their opponents. They has trained to fully utilize their size as an advantage when fighting larger opponents. They know exactly how to leverage their weight to deliver the most effective take downs or maneuvers. The effort to maintain this image can be draining at times, and when outmatched or overwhelmed, The character becomes susceptible to a loss of spirit. |

He's No Good To Me Dead | Combat | The character doesn't like to kill people; instead they choose to injure their opponent until that person is unable to fight back or is otherwise incapacitated. |

Once More Unto The Breach | Combat | Born with an intractable will and limitless courage, The character will stand in the face of insurmountable odds and never retreat. Despite the fact that such acts of heedless bravery are inspiring and will sometimes result in victories worthy of song, just as often they result in their allies getting wounded or killed. |

Puppeteer | Combat | The character seems to get their thrills, perhaps sadistic ones at that, from toying with their opponents. Some are content with simply striking down or injuring their opponent, but that is not enough for The character. No, they wish to see their enemy descend into madness or kneel before them as a blathering mess; or even better, as a fresh new servant with a muddled mind. The Puppeteer usually forsakes outright hurting and maiming their opponent and focuses on illusions, mind tricks, and other wicked means of destroying a person. |

Hokey Religions and Ancient Weapons | Combat | The character may wear a lightsaber at their waist, but they always go for their trusty blaster instead, preferring to shoot it out from range rather than trying to get in up-close and personal. Only as a last resort will they go for their lightsaber. |

Shoot First, Ask Questions Later | Combat | If The character had been in Greedo’s shoes, Han Solo would be pushing up daisies. They almost always acts on instinct, which typically means they can be seen as impulsive and may not think their actions through, especially in situations during or leading up to combat. |

Executioner | Combat | The character wears out their opponents through use of the Force, agility, and evasion. Once they have sufficiently tired their foes through the Force, physical, or mental assault, they quickly try to find a means of cleanly and swiftly dispatching them - usually resulting in a somewhat risky all-or-nothing attempt at a deathblow. |

I Know I Put It Somewhere... | Combat | Fond of staying alive and prepared, The character keeps several bladed weapons hidden on their person at all times and in all different locations. The character switches these locations periodically in order to maintain an element of surprise even among their allies who know them. Unfortunately, this sometimes means that they are slower to draw one of these weapons if they forget where they stashed them. |

Always Prepared | Combat | Sometimes the only way to prepare for the worst is to always expect it. The character takes this philosophy one step further by never leaving home without accounting for every possible scenario they might expect to encounter. The character tends to always have the right tool or item for a situation and has a habit of quietly and almost smugly presenting solutions before anyone even recognizes there is a problem. This foresight is far from infallible, however, and they often find themself at a loss in situations that go beyond what they could have imagined. While incredibly practical and often a life-saver in a pinch, their perpetually pessimistic outlook on daily life can be a bit draining on more optimistic-inclined companions. |

Adaptive Combat | Combat | Without the gift of the Force, The character has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. The character has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes them lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body. |

Duelist | Combat | Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, The character has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows them the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. The character then uses their own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, The character has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels. |

Berserker | Combat | Where most err on the side of caution in a confrontation, The character prefers to charge in head-first. While others may skirt a battlefield or keep their careful distance, The character rushes in with devastating attacks with seemingly no regard for safety, relying upon instinct and possibly armor to protect them from dismemberment and death during their all-out attacks. The character is a force to be feared on the battlefield, leaving a trail of death and destruction. However, The character's blood-hungry ways put them in far more danger than the normal combatant, often resulting in needless injury and suffering, trading safety for pure offensive ability. |

Minister of War | Combat | The character is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. They have spent their life building themself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has led them to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even their superiors and subordinates. |

Go Go Gadget | Combat | The character's passion for technology extends beyond his talent with Slicing. They truly believe that wars can be won with technology, not soldiers, and will always try to avoid direct combat if they can afford it. Instead, they prefer to deploy clever traps with Explosives, or turn technology against others as a weapon. The character would rather overload a circuit breaker to shock a guard into submission than to test his luck with his hands or a blaster. If removed from technology or their gadgets, however, The character can easily be overwhelmed. Fortunately, they have no qualms with throwing a smoke grenade down and running for dear life. |

Tonight, We Dine in Hell! | Combat | The character possesses a single minded drive for victory, and a deep-seated martyr complex. When presented with a chance to wade into battle versus overwhelming odds, The character does not hesitate, and instead rushes in, relying on skill, fate or chance to let them survive. |

It's A Trap | Combat | The character has an uncanny knack for identifying traps and alerting others to them. Now, if only they could consistently do it BEFORE the trap goes off... |

Keeping My Distance | Combat | The character vastly prefers ranged combat, taking every opportunity to use skills and Force Powers to disengage from melee and instead fight at range, so much so that they have become competent at staying out of melee in the first place. |

Bothans Do It From Behind | Combat | The character will never go into any situation head-on. Whether it be combat or just strolling down the street, they will stick to the shadows or cloak themselves in the Force. The less they are seen the better. If they cannot sneak up on someone, then The character will not bother confronting them. |

Combat Slicer | Combat | While The character avoids combat whenever possible, they have no qualms working with technology under the stress and pressure of combat. The character has trained themself to keep calm and focus intently on Slicing even while taking blaster fire from cover or when placed under time constraints. In truth, The character almost works better when under duress, and actually needs motivation, typically, when Slicing. |
