Protector Eetherbiail, my apprentice, has shown consistent dedication and effort over the last 3 months. He has been balancing not only DB responsibilities but also his own RL responsibilities of school and work. As per the promotion requirements, Eether has completed his Sith Order Core Exam, been on IRC many many times and spent over the four weeks required time as a Protector. In addition to this he has earned 17 CFs, started a very respectable wiki character article, run a competition (design your dream lightsaber), participated in over 5 competitions, and taken the ACC basics exam with an approved CS.

As these fulfill the requirements layed out by the guidelines, and in addition to all the superb activity he has been showing and his outstanding commitment to the DB I recommend Eetherbiail to be advanced to the rank of GRD. Drinks are on you Eether, and congrats.
