Event History

Since I returned to Clan Naga Sadow and House Shar Dakhan I’ve met a lot of newer members who have continued to make this a great Clan and House and make me want to stay here. Amongst those I think you would struggle to find one more consistently active as Augur Sanguinius Tsucyra Entar.

He first really came to my attention when I decided to try and max the Shadow Academy Society and decided to hit the courses hard. As quickly as I was submitting them, he and a fellow professor were marking and sending them back allowing me to keep going. When you look at the over four hundred he has marked since his last recognition, or the over eighteen hundred since he became an EQ4, that figure just keeps quietly rising which is why I am writing over four hundred because the figure goes up every day. I see newer members in our Clan working on the SA and being happy when they pass a course or get a degree and their society rank goes up and they’re onto the next course and Sanginius courses seem to be among the most frequently taken. It is the quiet work by Shadow Academy staff like Sanguinius that makes it an efficient process and rewarding for the members. As much as the high profile developments and changes that everyone notices and are written about in Dark Council reports are important, the work that quietly goes on behind the scenes every day is equally important and needs recognising for the benefit it gives to the Brotherhood and its members.

In addition to his work in the Shadow Academy, Sanginius continues to be one of the most active members of Clan Naga Sadow. Since his last recognition in 2019 he has organised thirteen competitions, noticeable amongst these was the Pro Bowl IV on which Sanginius worked with Clans Plagueis and Taldryan to create a fun multi clan competition for all their members, demonstrating his ability to look beyond his Clan to benefit members on a wider scale. In addition he has participated in forty four other competitions, earning an impressive sixteen crescents, three pendants of blood and over eight hundred clusters which shows his remarkably consistent level of activity. He is one of those members who has worked his way up House and Clan Summits to the Consul job, already has an astounding number of awards including four different sacramentals, and has never lost his enthusiasm for being an active member of his Clan and the Brotherhood. I feel that alone speaks volumes about his character.

Lastly, I am very happy to have him as my Aedile here in Shar Dakhan. Following the departure of his two predecessors in fairly rapid succession, Sanguinius expressed an interest in the role, and I was happy to accept. Since then along with a few other experienced members he is both a valuable advisor on processes that have changed since I was around before and a supportive but objective sounding board for ideas. He makes suggestions to develop or improve them such as the work we did last summer changing and developing our House’s fictional status. He also worked with me on the recent Inos Incursion competition, both helping develop it, hosting some of the comps, and heavily participating in the individual competitions I ran.

Having an Aedile and member who is both knowledgeable and supportive is invaluable to me, as is his activity that sets an amazing example to every member of our House and Clan. For all of his hard work for Naga Sadow, the Shadow Academy, and the Brotherhood, I am proud to recommend he receive a Sapphire Blade.

Qyreia Arronen is now sitting at one year on the Voice Staff, and his efforts here have been of the highest quality and quantity. Consistently present, and eternally insightful, Qyreia’s efforts have touched quite literally everything occurring in the #TeamVoice workload.

Over the last year, Qyreia has approved 47 of the character sheets that have come through the queue. With each approval, he has taken a careful eye to all the components of the pending sheet. More impressively Qyreia has been responsible for handling 67 of the remands in the last year. His remands are always professional and full of insightful wisdom to aid the member not only have a “passable” character sheet but one that fully utilizes the system we have in place. When not the direct author on remands, He still reviews and discusses every sheet that comes through for manual review, most often being the one to find logical inconsistencies between aspects and the skills selected on the sheet.

Beyond the day to day work of the CS and competition queues, Qyreia has been a massive aid on the many projects going on. He helped review and tweak the two new species, Skakoan and Ugnaught, after the proposals were received. He has been a very impactful contributor to the skills/force power changes, both pending and already implemented, especially as a logical/sanity checker for a lot of the changes going on. Most impressively however is his manual review of all the feats in the system. That is over 360 feats individually reviewed for consistency, grammar, and wording. This review caught dozens of errors.

Basically, Qyreia is a hell of a staff member, and one I am very grateful to have on #TeamVoice. For his remarkable efforts this last year, I recommend he be awarded this Sapphire Blade! Congrats Qyreia!

Khryso, my man. It is truly an honor to write another rec for him, this time for his first sacramental award. Since his promotion to the Equites earlier this year, not only has Khryso continued to be a participation juggernaut, but he has also served as an active producer and contributor to Clan Plagueis.

To begin with the numbers: Since his last recognition in January 2020, Khryso has participated in 90 competitions and written over 24,000 words for fictions and run-ons. His awards include two Gold Novae (one of them for being First Hero of the Fistful of Credits feud with Clan Vizsla), two Crescents with Diamond Stars, five Crescents with Ruby Stars, six Crescents with Amethyst Stars, one Crescent with a Sapphire Star, two Clusters of Fire, 60 Clusters of Ice, 72 Clusters of Earth, and 32 Clusters of Graphite.

He also completed all nine bins in the latest Great Jedi War and participated in the most competitions out of every other member - 19 in total - earning a Gold Nova for the clan-wide run-on. For the latest Pro Bowl, he participated in 28 out of 30 competitions. In short, Khryso has been more active and garnered more awards in nine months than I believe most members are and do in double that time.

But he doesn’t stop there; no, no, he has to also flex his writing and wiki muscles. Khryso is someone I turn to frequently for producing excellent wiki articles, and he has delivered. Most recently, he has written the entire Plagueis-Vizsla feud wiki article and updated multiple NPC and event articles for Plagueis. He is also the go-to member for regularly updating Plagueis’s history page. This has required not just editing, but also full on character development and check-ins with me to ensure accuracy and fit. Khryso has also been incredibly vocal in the further development of the clan’s lore, being one of the first regular members to constantly speak out regarding suggestions, events, and ideas for things such as competitions and new battle teams. As he and I have had many complex discussions and debates, I hold a great respect for his point of view and admire his blunt honesty and perspective. Both are inherently valuable and do a great service for Plagueis and its membership.

Khryso, you have earned this Sapphire Blade, and in record time, too. I look forward to continuing to work with you as one of the best new members Plagueis has ever had.

Since I began working with Dek as CON for CSP, he has been a remarkable team player in helping to plan and work towards bettering the clan. He has granted me advice and suggestions numerous times and has done his part to put plans into action. He worked with Ric and me in organizing the Scholae Rising Event, and also founded and became Quaestor of the new House, Empire's Chosen. With the clan still lacking an RM, he helped to welcome new members by reaching out to them via email. He has been active on TG, working with members to figure out where the clan would like to go fictionally and encouraging members to help decide the direction the clan goes via competitions like the ones found in the Scholae Rising Event. He is always thinking ahead on how to continue to help CSP grow and prosper back into being the great clan it is meant to be. As QUA, he has posted competitions to help members take part in creating the new House's identity and encouraging more activity within Empire's Chosen.

Dek has also been hard at work helping to change and improve the clan military with myself and a couple of others. He has discussed with me numerous times about helping CSP to achieve a more unifying identity that will help the Clan to move forward. He's also discussed with me on future projects for the wiki in which we will improve and create new content. This will also allow other members to take part in. He's also introduced future competition ideas and lineup to increase activity, and future events to help members become more engaged with the story. Also, not to forget, he spent time writing fiction updates for the Scholae Rising event.

Just some additional things: he has participated in a total of 14 competitions, organized 21 competitions, participated in 7 PVP matches and 27 PvE matches, written 2313 words of fiction, and earned 1 degree while having graded 45 courses. He's also received several awards including 1 crescent with a diamond star, 1 crescent with an amethyst star, 1 crescent with an emerald star, 142 clusters of fire, 3 clusters of ice, 3 clusters of graphite, and 18 scrolls of foundation. He's held 2 other positions in both the clan and other areas of the DJB including being a professor in the SA.

Dek has made a huge impression upon me from his dedication to the clan as well as from the wisdom he has gained from his experience over the years. He is passionate about helping CSP to become great again if not better. The Clan is very fortunate and blessed to have him, and I must say I am truly grateful for all he has done and brought to the table. I think he is truly more than deserving of this award. Congratulations, Dek! Well earned. Thank you for all you do, Dek. It has definitely not gone unnoticed.

Essik Lyccane is a pillar of both House Sunrider as well as Battle Team Tython Squadron. He is always ready to respond when you need him, on every server the club uses. Essik has participated in 48 competitions, organized 2 of his own unprompted, is an active member of our community events participating in 10 events ranging from roleplay to gaming. While doing this, he earned three Crescents with Ruby Star, four Crescents with Amethyst Star, two Crescents with Sapphire Star, two Crescents with Emerald Star, two Pendants of Blood, five Clusters of Fire, sixty-two Clusters of Ice, twenty-six Clusters of Earth, thirty-four Clusters of Graphite, one Seal of Loyalty, twenty-five Seals of Vision, one Scroll of the Master, two Gold Novae, two Silver Novae, one Bronze Novae.

Since joining Tython Squadron, Essik has been a godsend in helping keep the storyline active, with reliable run-on posts and actively joining our discussion for where the team goes next. In addition, he has written 22852 words of fiction in ten fiction activities.

One of his most frequent and significant, contributions, however, is that he is one of the most active editors of our wiki pages I’ve ever met keeping Odan-Urr’s pages up to date and accurate, so that we all have that information at our fingertips, providing a key service to the clan. Since his last recognition in April, Essik has performed 530 picture category/tag updates for the entire club. He’s also updated the pages on the Severian Principate, Tenixir Revenants, Starblade Hangar, TAW-6A Autopistol, Valheru, Shi, Kaiburr (Planet), Explosives, for 241 words. He also performed 15 Minor edits to Clan Odan-Urr History, House Satele Shan, Vauzem Dominion, Vatali Unsettled, House Sunrider, Trepus Mine, and Major edits: Clan Odan-Urr History, House Sunrider, Quorahi, Kiast (Planet), Vauzem Dominion, Vatali Unsettled, Trepus Mine for 8081 words.

Essik Lycane has proven himself an invaluable part of our Clan, and for these reasons the Summit has seen fit to award him with a Sapphire Blade. Well done, Lieutenant. Thank you for your service.

Alaris Jinn's contributions as both a leader and a member to the Brotherhood have included time as a member of several clans spanning a Great Jedi War, and on the Dark Council as Fist of the Brotherhood during a Great Jedi War as well. While his current Consul, Ronovi, will cover his time in Plagueis, we will focus on his other noteworthy accomplishments.

Since his last sacramental award, Alaris has participated in some 55 competitions, including numerous major events, and he earned nearly 700 total gaming clusters in that time period. Alaris organized more than 26 total competitions. Prior to joining the Dark Council, Alaris had served in the Fist office briefly for one month, and as a capable Left Hand of Justice for two months. In addition, he updated the templates for Skills and Force Powers on the Wiki, an important task that enabled members to more easily track what feats affect their powers.

During his time as Fist, Alaris began several projects and instituted several changes to gaming in the club. He managed a Rites of Combat revamp that updated the formatting and brought the document out of the IRC era. THe removed unnecessary references and re-defined match dodging to maintain the integrity of DC-run competitions. During Great Jedi War XIII: Discord, Alaris ran 9 different competitions in support of the Vendetta. He coordinated the JA and HoTS brackets and signups and organized multiple gaming competitions during the event. He was available to help and ansewr questions to participants and Clan leaders, and maintained open communications with the Dark Council. Finally, Alaris was instrumental in constructing the postwar Survey, taking point to compile the new survey and to work with Dark Councilors to adjust where needed to meet the new competitions in Discord.

Alaris' time as a member before joining the Council, and during his time on the DC, reflected a commitment to bettering the club through consistent activity, leadership, and project contributions. As Ronovi discussed below, Alaris has been an active and contributing member since rejoining Plagueis. Taken together, these efforts demonstrate that Alaris is deserving of his second Sapphire Blade. Congratulations!

Grand Master Muz has been a driving force behind House Marka Ragnos for many years. His contributions to this house and Clan Naga Sadow on a whole are legion and too numerous to count, but I shall try. Since his last award, GM Muz has participated heavily in two Great Jedi Wars. First, he created images to hype up the war efforts for CNS. He also participated in all bins and brought home four Gold Novas and 3 Bronze Novas as well as earning himself 25 Seals of Discord (!). Muz participated in 63 competitions and wrote over 11 thousand words of fiction. For this last GJW, Muz earned 14 Seals of Vision and placed in the top ten three times (6, 7, 6). Lastly, GM Muz has been QUA of House Marka Ragnos for 10 months leading HMR through one GJW and also served as M:DGM, also for 10 months. GM Muz has given his all to this house and clan for this past year. He is the soul of the house and a positive role model for everyone inside the clan, and out. I would like to recommend Grand Master Muz for a Sapphire Blade.

Alaisy Tir’eivra has been a constant presence in the DJB from day one. Since her last recognition, she has participated in 71 competitions, which got her 17 Crescents (2 Diamond, 3 Ruby, 4 Amethyst, 4 Sapphire, 2 Emerald, 2 Topaz). She has also received 21 Clusters of Fire, 8 Clusters of Ice, 4 Clusters of Earth, 43 Clusters of Graphite and 18 Pendants of Blood for her activity and participation in competitions. Prior to the war, she received a Seal of Loyalty during the “May the 4th” celebration. And Post-War she received 2 Gold Novae and 3 Bronze Novae.

During the Great Jedi War XIV, Alaisy got full bin participation for her House and Clan, and she also participated in every single competition of the war. Even during these hard times and the stress of what a war can be sometimes, Alaisy has shown amazing dedication to her House and Clan.

It is for the reasons mentioned above that I am proud to recommend Alaisy Tir’eivra to be awarded a Sapphire Blade. I am most proud to be your apprentice Mistress! Congratulations.

Alaisy continues to amaze with her performance. In addition to placing first in the JA tournament during the GJW XIV, she also successfully completed all of the competitions. Her efforts bore fruit, as she ended up placing fifth in the war overall. The Shiny Sith’s efforts are consistently outstanding, and I am constantly amazed at her infinite wellspring of talent.

In addition to doing all the things, Alaisy is a welcome presence on Telegram. Interacting with her is always a joy. She is consistently helpful to newer members and supportive of those of us who have been around for a while. She has also helped in shaping the fictional direction of her house and clan through her participation in our house roleplaying events.

Alaisy is an outstanding member of the DB, and I am so thrilled that she is a member of Arcona. She is well-deserving of a Sapphire Blade, and I am thrilled to recommend it for her. Tali Sroka is an inspiring leader in the Brotherhood and a great teacher that I have the honor of working closely with. Since his last promotion, Tali has led House Qel-Droma as an Aedile for 2 months and now as a Quaestor for 9 months and counting. During this time, Tali has kept the fictional development of the House interesting and fresh. Tali has co-organized House events that helped shape the fictional direction of Qel-Droma. Furthermore, Tali has embraced the arduous task of updating and renovating Port Ol’val’s wiki page with several new entries provided by the House members and has also created the new Qel-Droman Headquarters wiki page from scratch.

On personal achievements, since his last promotion Tali has organized 16 competitions and co-organized 2. He has also participated in 66 competitions, having received for those competitions 15 Crescents (3 Diamond, 2 Ruby, 1 Amethyst, 5 Sapphire, 3 Emerald, 1 Topaz). Tali has also amassed 2 Clusters of Fire, 64 Clusters of Ice and 37 Clusters of Graphite. He has participated in 18 Fiction events and has posted 4 RO posts. Finally, Tali has passed 4 Academy courses, having gained 1 new Degree. He has also received 1 Scroll of the Master for having mentored Sera Kaern to her knighthood, and 24 Seals of Discord for his participation in the GJW XIII. Recently, Tali has been awarded 2 Bronze Novae, 1 Silver Nova and 1 Gold Nova for placement in the GJW XIV

Tali is an ever-present voice in Telegram chats, always ready to help with anything he can. He has taught me much of what it takes to lead a Unit and I cannot thank him enough for that. Tali Sroka has showed incredible leadership of the House, even through these tough times we are currently facing, keeping its members united and motivated, and always coming up with ways to make sure everyone’s needs are tended to. He is more than deserving of an award for all his work and I am most happy to recommend him for a Sapphire Blade. You really deserve it Tali!

Tali is without a doubt one of my favorite Twi’leks in Arcona. As a member, he is hard-working and consistent. With his constant activity, he leads by example, as detailed by the raw numbers that Aru has listed above. In addition to all of the shinies his efforts have landed him, they have also resulted in earning 8th place in the GJW XIV, which is no small feat!

As a leader, I have been intensely proud of the work he has done, in expanding on the fictional storyline of House Qel-droma. He has done an outstanding job delegating responsibilities and keeping his Aedile and BTL (and sometimes his Consul) on track. I don’t know what I would do without his attention to detail, sarcastic wit and his obsession with being a pedant.

Tali, you are an outstanding leader, and I am so thrilled with all of your hard work. I am proud that you are a member of Arcona, and I am proud to call you my friend, and as such I am thrilled to recommend you for a Sapphire Blade. Enjoy your highly fashionable cutting instrument! Julius! Your character may have been appropriately stabbed to death, but you’re still here, kicking butt.

Gaius Julius Caesar has served as the Aedile of two houses - the now defunct Karness Muur and currently Tyranus - and has demonstrated since his last recognition that he is not slowing down, despite his long tenure of almost fifteen years in the Brotherhood. His recent leap into leadership has paid tremendous dividends for both his activity and Plagueis’s well-being, and he ought to be awarded for it.

Participation-wise, Julius has been on his feet and moving since his last recognition. He has submitted to 75 competitions and co-organized 5 of them, assisting his Quaestor in running the Grand Opening event for House Tyranus upon its creation. His list of shinies is nothing to sneeze at, either: He has accumulated three Gold Novae, one Silver Nova, one Crescent with a Ruby Star, three Crescents with Amethyst Stars, six Crescents with Sapphire Stars, two Crescents with Emerald Stars, two Crescents with Topaz Stars, four Clusters of Fire, nine Clusters of Ice, 48 Clusters of Earth, 21 Clusters of Graphite, one Legion of the Scholar, and 14 Seals of Discord. He completed all nine bins for the latest Great Jedi War as well, earned a Gold Nova for his contributions to the clan-wide run-on, and led by example despite real life issues rearing their ugly heads.

Julius has served as Aedile for well over a year now, assisting in founding and running a brand new house in Clan Plagueis. His Telegram presence is incredibly consistent, and he knows when to jump in and help when other leaders get caught up in other things, including writing a house summit report all on his own when his Quaestor was experiencing technical difficulties. He was crucial in doing weekly reach-outs to members during the latest war, emailing and messaging them to ensure that they were participating and asking if they needed any assistance. While I could go on and on about every member of my summit and how lucky I am to work with each and every one of them, it has been delightful to see this man truly settle into leadership after so many years of not touching it. It’s awesome to see.

Julius, for your work and your pains, I hereby recommend you for a Sapphire Blade.- your very first sacramental award. Congratulations, and thank you for being an amazing colleague and dear friend!
