I feel I must preface this promotion with an apology â I dropped the ball letting Driftan hang for this long, the man is simply too polite to remind me, and it just goes to show how Driftan isnât in the DB for fake rewards to add to his e-peen, but to have fun. He truly gets the point of the club. And boy does he get involved. Since his last promotion 5 months ago, heâs participated and excelled in the Rite of Supremacy, heâs gotten involved in no less than two Reb00t incarnations, helped craft the fictional identity of the Shadesworn twice, run more competitions as Aedile and then Quaestor than I care to remember, got stuck into the Journeyman ladder of the ACC, mentored up several members of Arconaâs lower echeleons, been a voice of reason on a fair few summit meetings, submitted more proposals than I can adequately reply back to, been appointed Praetor to the Master at Arms, Magistrate to the Deputy Grand Masterâ¦.itâs literally obscene that heâs still a Journeyman after 5 months of superhuman activity and a level of commitment to seeing the entire DB made a more entertaining place. Well done, that man.

Primary reason: Ever since being appointed to Battle Team Leader, Driftan has endlessly strived for perfection. He has given me as his Quaestor a lot of feedback and ideas on how to run the house and the teams more efficiently. During the RoS he participated as one could only wish from his members, getting stuck into the GFX and the ACC events. Whilst he wasn't qualified in the ACC he did an outstanding job and never even timed out, this while the limit was pretty tight. Even during the RoS, he kept trying to get his members into motion, asking them for feedback and motivating them to the best of his abilities. During his time as a BTL, he has done an outstanding job producing reports and competitions whenever I expected them, constantly trying to better himself and help his members progress through their ranks. As his Quaestor and friend I am very proud and maybe even lucky to have somebody such as Driftan on my team. Iâd just like to echo Celahir here. Driftan has been the best thing to happen to Arcona since Vorion left. Heâs a breath of fresh air on the summit, and always comes up with new and innovative ways to increase communication, productivity and the Summitâs overall performance. Heâll make one hell of a Quaestor, and hopefully one day a Consul. His assistance even as an Aedile to me personally in running the day to day machinations of the clan is invaluable, and he deserves this medal as a token of our appreciation. Well done, Drift. Primary reason: It has been exactly six weeks since Driftan's promotion to Jedi Hunter since that promotion he has been working hard to get promoted to Dark Jedi Knight once the time was there.

He earned a merit in the form of an Anteian Cross, for his work as Battle Team Leader. Also he has earned several crescents which brings me to my next point.

Being a BTL for almost 4 months now, constantly working for his battleteam with an enthusiasm I haven't seen often. During his time as BTL he has also been working on something he called a BTL Handbook. While this isn't fully finished it's a great start and I think it's more than fullfilling the Major House Summit Task he was assigned.

He earned his General History degree and produced a wiki article for both his own character and his battle team. Also completing two leadership exams being, Leadership Fundamentals and Leadership studies he fullfilled all requirements and tasks he was given

I hereby would like to request Driftan's promotion to DJK.

Primary reason: Well where can i start with Driftan? Never have i met such a dedicated Battleteam leader and Qel Droman. He is eager, hard working, enthusiastic and damned efficient. He often preempts my requests, something i find impressive given his relative lack of time spent in the DB. Driftan has taken on board many extra projects on top of his DJK trials. He has been writing fiction for Project: Reb00t, giving us promotion fiction for our Journeymen as they proceed along their path to Knighthood.

On top of that Driftan has taken on the role of BTL with gusto, he has posted 5 reports, all within a 1-2 week period between them, he has run 3 competitions, kept in regular contact with his team members via email and irc, on which he cc's me all of his correspondence between them. Keeping me informed of the goings on in Shadow Gate. Driftan has also written a promo rec and several medal recs, showing his rapid grasp of leadership skills in rewarding the members of which we serve. I have high hopes for Driftan, he's the kind of BTL i wanted to be when i first got the job back in Plagueis. He's certainly after my job as Aedile in the future so i'd better watch my back.

But i digress, Driftan has also been the epitome of activity within Qel Droma, winning countless crescents in recent competitions and led his BT to 3rd in the recent Great Hunt III competition. Something that i have not yet rewarded him for.

But hell, i'm proud of Driftan. He's got a future in the DB and in Arcona and he certainly deserves this Star of Antei. Congratulations Driftan. Continue your path to greatness my friend.
