Leadership isn’t always easy, especially during this past year, but Jon managed to keep his team brimming with activity and was a stable member of the Summit through it all.
During his 21 months as BTL he organized 62 competitions focused on providing activity and a storyline for those he oversaw. He contributed greatly to our award sweeps, supplying recs as needed, and aided in the daunting task of scouring through his roster to find what awards could be handed out. Jon managed to put out 17 reports during his tenure. His input during Summit talks helped guide the Clan to where we are today.
Since his last award, he had been BTL for 4 months, organized 16 competitions, participated in 13 competitions which earned him 1 Crescent with Ruby Star and 11 Clusters of Ice for 1,762 words of fiction, not including 1,211 words for his Run-On.
Nobody could have predicted the events you endured during your time as BTL, though you did what you had to do and for that, I thank you for your service!

Jon Silvon was a constant presence on my summit while I was Consul, providing his members things to do, helping with awards, and providing feedback to the summit along the way. Most notably, I was always impressed by how often he could get responses from busier members who benefitted from reminders now and again, whether for big event hype or normal competitions. As Consul, I couldn't always do these things with everyone and it was appreciated having a BTL who could.
