He has asked questions and been very active. He recently took 1st place in the writing portion of the recent clan competition. This is amazing because most new members rarely win large competitions from the start. I do believe that in many ways, this promotion is actually well overdue, and that for all of his activity and work so far, Melkor has proven that he has learned new skills and sought out new information. ~Anshar As a master to Melkor one would assume that I have a special interest in seeing him take an extra step towards the all important Knighthood. Alas any and all praise that can be bestowed upon Melkor is much deserved and worked for. During the recent Clan competition Melkor participated in every round with submissions that won him recognition. Not only has Melkor proven his worth in Clan Competitions but he has also gone beyond the call of duty and volunteered to participate in a project to help the Clan develop a fully formed history and to gain an even better sense of identity, couple with his constant enthusiasm and contact means we are justified in bestowing this well-deserved promotion on this valued partner in our journey to improve our beloved Clan. Passing at least 5 new courses, the member Melkor in my estimation is a pillar of how members should perform. I believe that once he has more experince in comps, such as the Clan comp, which he is participating in, He will be in invaluble member of Tridens. -Sephiroth Storm I've seen great work and promise out of Melkor so far. He's done well in the SA and he's participated in the clan competition, despite being dropped in the middle of the whole thing. He's also been active on the clan mailing list and in staying in touch with me. He also is part of the clan's master-student program. An StA would be a fitting awards. -Anshar Kahn Tarentae ~AK Ever since becoming my apprentice a few weeks ago Melkor has demonstrated an admirable level of activity other then the Shadow Academy Courses aforementioned. For instance barely a day goes by without an exchange of emails of him asking questions about the structure of the Clan and how he could possibly help the Clan. This kind of behaviour is most welcome in our members and should be encouraged. He has also been hard at work writing a fictional piece for which I think the incentive deserves some merit. Therefore after reviewing all his SA work, Circle activity and also fullfilling numerous objectives of me Master/Apprentice program he is most deserving of this small token of our appreciation. It seems that every day, I get a new notice in my inbox about Melkor's activity. He has been vigilant in his studies at the Shadow Academy and is certainly contributing to the overall well-being of the House.
