Week Three of the Fractured Mirror Competition, events are as follows.

CLAN ARTISAN COMPETITION - WEEK THREE

Title: Sacrifice

Specifics: Jedi Master Nephets has infiltrated the Domain Amnan

worldship. Battling through the Yuuzhan Vong he understands his

fate. His life will come to an end on this day, but he will do his

best to try to take the Supreme Commander Drathul Amnan and the

worldship with him.

Describe the path that Jedi Master Nephets takes in his attempt to

destroy Amnan and the Domain Amnan worldship.

End Date: June 21, 2009

everything the Far Outsiders have done. You also get word that a

superweapon has been launched at the primary sun by the Dlarit

Corporation and have five minutes to impact.

Describe the choices your counterpart takes. How do you choose to

face the end?

Title: Light vs. Dark (Continued…)

Specifics: An ACC-like event with members of Clan Naga Sadow engaging

in battle with other member’s Jedi Counterparts.

Platforms: Message Board

Awards: Third level crescents will be awarded to the top three

highest scorers during the event.

Rules:

1. Battles will take place between a DJB character and a Light Side
   

counterpart. Members will agree on a match and email the CON and PCON

with list of weapons they will use. The CON/PCON will begin a post

designated for the battle and will designate which member will fight

at the Jedi Counterpart.

1. Battles will essentially be a short Run-On, where one poster begins
   

the fight, the next writes the next sequence of events, then the first

fighter writes his/her version of the end of the fight, and the next

writes theirs. The endings or "Death" Posts must bring the battle to a

definitive end.

1. Battles will be judged based on basic rules of grammar,
   

entertainment value, and 'realism'.

1. Weapons will be limited to 2 in number, and what's found on a
   

member's dossier, their respective Wiki pages or in the ACC Standard

1. No edits are to be made to a submitted post. Doing so will result
   

in disqualification and loss of the match.

1. Battles will have a 24 hour time limit between posts; extensions
   

will be granted if CON, PCON, and DCM are notified before the time

limit expires.

1. Point system: 2 for a Win (Completed Battle), 1 for a Win (Time
   

Expired), 1 for a Loss (Completed Battle), -1 for Loss by

Disqualification or Time Expired.

1. Posts must be at least 150 words to count. (Avoids single sentence
   

posts)

1. Fighter who has been designated to fight as their Jedi counterpart
   

will post after the Introductory post that the CON or PCON uses to

begin the battle.

1. Total amount of points earned during the event will equal that
   

amount of Participation points for the Competition.

Title: Fractured Gaming (Continued…)

Specifics: To determine which gaming member is, at the current time,

the top that Naga Sadow has to offer; a war has begun.

You may fight anyone that is a fellow member of Clan Naga Sadow.

Each win is worth 2 points.

Each loss is worth 1 point.

The loser of the match will report the results as follows:

Member with the most points at the end of the competition wins. That

Title: Special Ops (continues…)

Specifics: With impending doom on the horizon, Jedi Master Urias

Orian has put Operation Plan Z into effect. In the event of a major

invasion, teams of Jedi had been formed and designated to defend the

major planets of the Sepros system. With the defeat of the Dlarit

Navy, those teams were activated.

DENTAVII – Night Raptors

The Yuuzhan Vong Matalok cruiser Voice of Agony, led by Commander

Tolok Muyel, has arrived at the planet of Dentavii. Muyel has

released capture beasts into the Dentavii Fortress to capture Viceroy

Erisi Dlarit.

TARTHOS – Night Hawks

Subaltern Kadlah Ruuq of the Uumufalh gunship analog Hammer of Glory

has began an assault on the planet of Tarthos. Alabrek Castle is

being assaulted by the heavily armored Tsik-Seru Yuuzhan Vong vehicles

that are equipped with yaret-kors.

AEOTHERAN – Jade Serpents

While the evacuation of the Marakith Skyhook begins the I’friil

corvette analog Will of the Gods arrives led by subaltern Neira Tor.

Tor has released numerous fire breathers to burn the forests and boil

the lakes of Aeotheran.

SEPROS – Sapphire Squadron

Warmaster Varesh Shai and the Uro-ik V’alh battleship Slayer’s Sword

have begun the initial assault on the planet Sepros. To strike fear

and destruction into those on Sepros, Shai has unleashed numerous

reptilian Rakamats, a Yuuzhan Vong siege creature.

Each battleteam will use their designated target to take part in the

following events:

Part One: Fiction

Describe the events that take place as your team tries to defend your

assigned planet. (Minimum 2 pages)

Part Two: Graphic

Create a graphic showing an event that takes place while your team

defends your assigned planet.

Part Three: Screenshot

Take a screenshot from any game that represents your Battleteam.

Real Life for the BTL:

I'm up in Canada fishing, relaxing, drinking beer, and trying to catch a fish while also trying not to roast in the sun. It's about 84 degrees right now and thankfully the AC in the main lodge is working again. But the internet for the island has been spotty and right now I was with internet but now I'm not. yay...
