Just to remind everyone before I begin my report, Xen made a note below that applications for HSP Aedile and Rollmaster are still open. If you're truly interested in these positions, you should apply!

Hey guys, there's no fiction this time since we're still in the process of wrapping up the feud, but to start out the report I want to announce the results for week two of our Chasing Horizons feud.

First, the co-op fiction was won by Archangel and Kalia. Nice work guys!

Atra and Kairus won the Alien Swarm competition!

In Survival Before Vengeance, Goat placed first, followed by Archangel and Dante!

For Infiltration, Goat was first and Archangel was second!

In the Epic Space Battle - which was hilarious to judge - Archangel was first, followed by Goat and Malik!

Finally, for the second week's flash game comp, Korwyn won, Amagon was second, and Arion was third!

Congratulations to everyone who placed. Please be patient with us as we get the final awards and stuff wrapped up so we can all get prepared for what's coming in 2013!

Before anything else, I want to announce a promotion and a few awards that have happened recently.

Kalia got promoted to the rank of Sith Battlemaster, which is huge! Kalia is not only Marka Ragnos' Quaestor, but also a Praetor to the Master of Arms and Magistrate to the Fist. So beyond the Clan, she has a lot of other duties and responsibilities in a wide range of areas. Kalia does a lot for this club outside of our corner of it, and for that she deserves recognition. Congratulations Kalia!

Macron received Seals of Affliction for helping with Horizons, as well as a Scroll of Foundation because his SA course, History of the Sith Empire IV has been approved and added to the Shadow Academy! Congrats, Mac! This in-depth history course will require thought and careful consideration of answers. Have you taken it yet?

Last, but not least, Godarrow got an Anteian Cross for his work on The Old Republic and Roxas received a Dark Cross for assisting with communications behind the scenes for the Summit! Both of these members have demonstrated that one member's efforts can go a long way, and I thank them for that.

That's it for the moment, but I expect to see a lot more in the near future!

In other news, Araxis Farron was chosen as the Battleteam Leader for House Marka Ragnos' Battleteam. I, for one, cannot wait to see what he will do with it. It should be interesting to see what he, Roxas, and their respective teams come up with for their Battleteams moving forward.

In general, as Battleteams develop, look to your Quaestors and Battleteam Leaders for further developments and opportunities to assist.

Finally, you no doubt noticed from Raken's report that the fleet reset ended awhile back. Ours changed some, and there will be a lot of opportunity in the future to get involved with the fiction and general lore surrounding that, so keep an eye on future reports and emails.

As I close this brief report, I would like to say that I hope everyone had a good holiday and wish you a happy new year as well! There's a lot of exciting stuff planned for 2013, both from us and from the Dark Council. I think it's going to be a heck of a year and a chance for the Disciples of Sadow to really shine.
